Take 5 Oil Change

Shout out to Take5 on Sawmill Rd., Columbus OH. It was a freezing cold day and a polite employee came out to my car to offer me a bottle of water while I waited in line. The three young guys that serviced my car were so fast and friendly, Awesome service! Best and fastest oil change I’ve ever had. I used to go to Valvoline for all my car service but decided to try out Take5. Glad I did. Will be a returning customer thanks to the awesome customer I received here. Great crew!

I had a terrible experience with a so-called manager. He couldn't even close the air filter cover properly, and it felt like he was trying to damage my car. I told him that if he couldn't handle the air filter, he shouldn't suggest changing it. He then claimed to have 11 years of experience and told me to get out of his shop. When I asked for the manager, he insisted he was the manager. I was shocked at how rude he was. Someone with that attitude shouldn't be in customer service—maybe a job at a junkyard would suit him better."

As always, fantastic experience at this location. Super helpful and friendly staff who did their jobs well while being incredibly efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

My wife and got the best experience we could ever have at the Take 5 on sawmill rd in Ohio on Saturday. The manager there was solo and did an amazing job with my truck and had the best professional attitude evening being all alone.... Thank you for YOUR SERVICE MAMA.

I went there at 4:40 . I was told that they were getting ready to close. I have always had my oil changed here. The web site says open until 8 P.M.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Take 5, and I must say, Steve and Taz really made the experience exceptional. From the moment I pulled in, their friendly demeanor set a positive tone. They were both knowledgeable and hard working. The service was prompt and attentive. Overall, I highly recommend visiting Take 5 and experiencing the outstanding service provided by Steve and Taz. They truly elevate the oil changing experience!

Staff spent a lot of time joking around. Talking about how much overtime they had gotten up into this point in the week. Some of the conversation was right on borderline of being inappropriate. A young man who had on a different color shirt than the rest, I'm assuming he was the manager walked up to the young man who was taking off the screws on my air filter and tickled him. I watched a young man offer the three cars behind me water. For period of time I had been the only car waiting and was not offered water. That usually happens when they come to approach the car to ask me what service I desire. A different young man did that for me and did not offer water. A small thing. But has always been offered without fail except for this time. I must say that the young man who was at door side most of the time was very helpful with a couple of questions I had. This was at the Sawmill store near Target.

I do my car serving at take 5 always.The oil change process is pretty quick and they took care of my car service nicely only thing is they had only one open station for the oil change so we had to wait for more than an hour, Last time they had 2 open stations and it was pretty quick car service. I hope they will continuously increasing the number of stations to make the car service process fast and less waiting time. Thank you

Friendly service on arrival for an oil change. The drip pan was not secured beneath my car after finishing the oil change. I had my oil changed friday afternoon, and left for a 400 mile trip the following morning. 30 miles in to my drive I am stuck on the highway dragging the skid plate/drip pan since it was not secured properly. Do not go here, they dont know what they are doing. Awful and now very expensive
