Service Center - Germain Lexus of Dublin

My husband and I had a great experience at the Lexus service center. First of all they loaned us a brand new car as a loaner car. Then they contacted us by sending us videos about the service needed on our car by the next morning.The communication is exceptional and our team leader Morgan was very helpful and patient. We are very pleased with the service we receive. We live out of town and drive the extra miles because of the great service and they are very accommodating. We highly recommend the Germain dealership for their car service and their welcoming and helpful environment.

The best service center I've ever been to. Cassie was incredible. So friendly and easy to work with. I really hope to work with her again. She had the 5K service performed on time and exceeded my expectations. She was able to help out with a minor issue and got it resolved with no problem. Look forward to future visits, extremely pleasant experience.Thanks again, Cassie!

Took my wife’s RX350 for the 10k miles service. Staffs were friendly. However, I couldn’t give the same compliment towards the job technician finished Take off first ⭐️: Leather portion of the steering wheel had black marks. Also, some oil marks on the chrome trim of the driver side window. Take off second ⭐: Technician didn’t put the cabin air filter cover back on. Don’t know how this could happened, maybe it’s because the service is free?

I paid for an extra cleaning alongside my oil change. The pics show what I found when I got home(I live less than 2 miles away and went straight home). Further, even though I was the only person in the lounge for sometime, rather than ask me if I wanted a multipoint check, they emailed me and asked that I get back to them so they could do the service at that visit… meanwhile I am waiting for someone to come ask me these things but nothing….too difficult to ask the only person left in their waiting room…

Continually disappointed with the Dublin Lexus service center. They do the work but don’t expect great service. I was much happier with my Lexus dealer in Nashville. Not sure if this is a Germain issue or just the advisor I get put with every time. And apparently it is difficult to switch advisors, as I specifically booked with a different advisor this time to see if the experience was better and got switched to the one I had previously worked with. I don’t typically write negative reviews but I’ve been to this service center at least 4 times since moving to Ohio and I am just continually disappointed. I love my Lexus but this seriously makes me question buying another one.

I drive a hybrid Lexus 2014 my check engine light came on I took it to Germain Lexus and was notified that there was a oil leak and it was leaking into my coolant it was part of the repair. Other services included brakes, windshield wipers I agreed to all repairs and was ensured that this was the reason my engine light came on. I picked up my car paid 1,532.37 drove off the lot and got on the freeway and my car began to stutter and my check engine light came on again. I called Germain said the same problems with my care are occurring and message was sent to my adivisor Maddisyn Crispin and I was asked did I want to bring the car back and I said yes. I took the car back on Friday, on Monday I get a call that my head gasket was bad and need to be repaired and that world be 4,000. Very bad service and they fix your car enough to bring it back and charge you more money for a problem that should have been fixed on the first visit. Germain service department are scammers they let me drive my car with a oil leak that could have harmed me or any passengers in my car. I am trying to report Germain Lexus of Dublin to the Better Business Bureau of Ohio and are unable to locate them. *****BAD BUSINESS, SERVICE***** I rate them a 0.

Best mechanics they got to fix your cars, especially if it’s a Lexus or Ford or a Volkswagen maybe a Mazda Toyota as well
