Always quick to take my car and do a thorough job. With their credit card you have 6 months to pay off the bill with zero interest which has been helpful. Not 5 stars because there's always a pretty strong 'upsell' at the end, but most car service companies do this.

I took my truck in for an A/C performance check, and was told my compressor was leaking. They neglected to reattach the skid plate, and kept the bolts that hold it on. I didn’t realize this until the plate started dragging as I drove down the expressway, grinding half of it off (see photos). They also disconnected my passenger side headlight. I wish negative stars was an option. UPDATE: I was quoted $1,200 to replace my ‘leaking compressor’ with a $480 rebuilt one. I was able to purchase a brand new one for $280. I took everything apart and replaced it only to still be leaking refrigerant after adding three cans. There was a hairline crack in one of my hoses (see new photo) that was spraying refrigerant like Old Faithful. You would have to be blind to not see this during a performance check. I’m pretty sure they wanted to charge me to ‘fix’ my leaking compressor, keep my perfectly good compressor to sell to someone else as ‘rebuilt’ and then tell me they found another problem just to charge me more money assuming I wasn’t smart enough to know better. Needless to say I am beyond angry and am looking in to filing a complaint/legal action over this entire ordeal.

I have been going to this Firestone as well as one in Phoenix AZ for many years. I took my car in because I had a nail in one of my tires and they patched it. I was highly disappointed that one of the managers at this location (the bald guy) told me over the phone when he called to let me know my car was ready, that I needed new tires and that they were a hazard to be on the road in the winter, but once my husband was in front of him, all of a sudden they weren’t so bad. Also, just 3 weeks ago a guy at the Phoenix AZ Firestone looked at my tires before I drove back to Ohio and said they were still looking good and that I didn’t need new tires yet. Then in front of the other manager in store, said he never said any of that. I think I’ll find a new place to buy tires and get my cars serviced at, I personally can’t trust a word they say after that experience. I highly recommend getting a second opinion if dealing with that bald guy.

Don't even bother calling, much less going in. I called to get pricing quotes for brakes and oil. They put me on ""hold"", set the receiver down, and gave me ample opportunity to spend the next 10 minutes listening to dead silence, some laughter from a joke, and them ignoring someone else's call completely. Absolutely rancid customer service, which doesn't bode well for their quality of service. Thanks to them for saving ne money by showing their true colors up front.

I went in today to get a vehicle inspection done, the guy (Kirk) thinks customers are dumb. After the inspection was done, he said the wheel alignment was off on the rear-passenger side wheel (at this point he tries so hard not to show me how off the values were) and suggests to get an alignment done to avoid uneven tire wear, to which I agreed. After the work was done, I was handed over the values of before and after, there was nothing wrong with the before values (Caster & Toe) at all. Then I asked him why would someone suggest/do an alignment when the values were in the specified range to which he got angry and started shaking. Such a shady place. Also, the waiting lobby was dirty as hell. Not at all recommended.

I’ve been coming here for 12 years for all sorts of regular maintenance on my vehicles and they’ve always been honest, fast and reasonably priced for a chain where you don’t need to schedule an appointment ahead. They have some good deals like the 6 months no interest credit card (Which saved me a few times when I was younger) and their lifetime alignment service.

Firestone has been my Toyota service and repair choice since 2019. The staff members are always courteous and thorough. I've had no problems with service quality. Before 2019 I had utilized an independent mechanic for about 50 years who has retired. Firestone has stepped up to my needs.

I Was driving on 270 eastbound something started scraping underneath my car O dot was closed on the weekend so they sent a trooper out to me Who was amazing and I did not catch his name. He had escorted me 20 mph to the local gas station where I found a tire shop that was closest to me this tire shop I dealt with a man by the name of Chad. it turned out being the Metal plate that goes underneath your oil when they change it. He told me it would be $19.95. I had been crying because I was going through a really rough time in my life at the time. They took it off. I asked him was it safe to drive after it he said yes absolutely. I went to give him my credit card and he said don’t worry about it. It’s on us. It was only two screws to take off and I was just so close to breaking down into tears, but I couldn’t believe it so Chad at this tire shop Was so professional and understanding. He did not have to do that. He could’ve charged me the $19.95 and he did not if I could give the shop 10 stars I would. They are absolutely amazing in there. Thank you Chad so much. You made my whole day and I got home safe safely.

Honestly, service has been good...but I wish they'd just switch to a transparent pricing structure instead of mysterious hidden fees - when I get a quote, just tell me to price, including the 10% "shop supplies" fee - they basically just claw back the $20 alignment coupon with a surprise 10% required charge for "shop supplies" - not sure what supplies would be required for an alignment to justify $19. I get it if you're disposing of fluids and have associated clean-up stuff, but not for an alignment.
