Came in here for a check engine light and Ryan was at my assistance. He helped me understand the issue, took a look at some other things on my car, explained some other things I didn’t understand, and relieved me of a lot of stress I was having about my car. Again, thank you Ryan for being a great guy.

The young woman who replaced my battery today was great! I had no idea what I was doing or what I needed, and she made it so easy and flawless. I forgot to get her name, but thank you so much!

The staff was mostly friendly, but their battery prices are insanely too high. My car battery died when I was in that area, so I went there for a new battery. Purchased a Diehard Red for $140 before tax with just 550 CCA and only 1 year warranty, because the next one with a higher CCA (600?) would be $200. After I came home, I searched online and found Walmart has an Everstart battery with a 585 CCA and also 1 year warranty for only $70, only half of the price at AAP. What a ripoff. Very unhappy. Now I can only hope the Diehard one would at least last me a couple of years.

Well, I’m not from the area and I stopped in there to get a turn signal lightbulb for my 23 ram 2500 series and asked if I could use the restroom whereas they told me they have no public restroom. Not sure when that happened at auto parts stores, but the guy looked it up and said that they don’t even show the lightbulb in my system which is funny because it’s just a common 7443 lamp Went to AutoZone down the street and have my lightbulb changed in just a couple minutes and I gotta use the restroom… Guy to work there acted like he was not interested in helping me at all. It was very rude and condescending. What a shame, More and more going to retail stores is so disappointing. No wonder why everybody buys everything online anymore.

I don't recommend this place for battery checks. I had my 5 year old battery tested at this location and was told by the tech that it was my alternator misfiring, not the battery and said I needed a new alternator. I went down the street to ER Auto Care to have a professional second opinion and after a quick full inspection turned out my old battery was toast, and nothing was wrong with my alternator. I'm not sure what computers these young technicians are using to diagnose car batteries but they are not accurate.

Zack is GREAT 👍 he agreed with me that Bosch wiper blades are super nice and reliable and better than many other brands. He also was so nice and offered to put them on my vehicle for me. This place is great. I will be back. Thank you for the wonderful customer service. Not all places give good customer service nowadays so this was refreshing. :)

I've shopped a lot at Advance Auto in Hilliard and nothing but helpful employees but not at this store on sawmill rd . My wife called and said she thought she might be low on engine coolant so I told her to stop at Advance Auto and that they would help her get what she needed and possibly help add it . But what she got when she asked Matt the store manager for help figuring out how to unlatch the hood was " what am I suppose to do that you didn't do " in a very condescending way. I'm not sure if they are allowed to help customers in this situation but they do change your battery and wiper blades. We will not be shopping at this location ever again .

Was out driving today when my Battery light came on. I was super worried because I had just purchased my SUV. I decided to take it to AUTOZONE SAWMILL and spoke with BRYAN HAIST Who helped me not only test my battery for me but helped me identify the issue!! He was super professional and had an AMAZING attitude, went the extra mile and changed my key fob battery for me to fix the light on my dash!! 5 STAR SERVICE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! THANK YOU BRYAN
