Take 5 Oil Change

Dylan, Tyler, and crew were super helpful and kind. They were patient while I took notes about recommended services. And you could tell that they enjoy their job. They even cheered their own teamwork!

Absolutely horrible experience. I was in a hurry, and had somewhere I needed to be by 5 PM. Knowing that take five allows appointments, I went online and made an appointment for 4 PM. When I got there at 3:55 PM, There were two cars already inside the bay. I would Have thought that after the last vehicle, they would keep one clear, knowing they had a reservation. If they had recently pulled in, it could be 30 minutes, Which is exactly what happened. But those two cars were two more cars, waiting to pull in next, and behind them yet another. I was the sixth there and the fourth one in line. After waiting 20 minutes, I called the phone number which put me into a call center. They told me I was calling that specific location, but I knew the woman on the phone was not either of the two burly men inside. I told her I had an appointment and had been sitting in a line of cars for 20 minutes already. She told me to get into the fast lane, I told her there was not one. She told me they would come out and get me and asked for the make and model of my car. 10 minutes after that, the bay doors opened, the two cars pulled out, and the next two cars pulled in. I pulled up to the bay door as the other car in front of me and we both waited another 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, when the attendant came out, I told him I had an appointment an hour ago and he told me that no one contacted him, and that there was a line of cars, and what could he do? They went through all of the stuff, did all of the things, and I rolled down the window and asked to please make sure they topped off my tires, because the last time they forgot. An hour and a half after my appointment I finally left there. Once the car started going, it was clear they hadn’t topped off the tires, so I pulled a U-turn and pulled back in, red in the face that after 90 minutes, they couldn’t even top off my tires. What a horrific experience just to get an oil change

Everyone at Take 5 was very professional and the service was very quick and thorough! I had my one year old daughter with me so I was thankful for the speedy service. The staff was also very accommodating in helping me with new wiper blades. Very kind people. Would definitely go again!

Peter and the team were so incredibly helpful. I bought a used car the day before so I took it in for an oil change. They got me up to speed on everything that looks good, everything that needs attention, and had me going in minutes. They even showed me what I was looking at under the hood and told me what I can do to take care of it. Definitely recommend this location for anyone in the area

They did a bit of a hack job of an oil change in my Subaru Crosstrek. After the oil change I started smelling burning oil. When I went to look under the hood there was oil pooled up around the oil filter which after some time spilled out onto the hot engine. Luckily they seem to have tightened everything and actually filled it with oil. It still needs a bit more inspection to verify the filter and drain plug were properly tightened. Sloppy sloppy work!!!

Staff was friendly, and it was quick. However, the day after my oil change I saw a puddle of oil under my truck. I removed the skid plate to access the filter/drain plug and noticed oil everywhere on the frame, and undercarriage. The oil filter assembly was loose and leaking. Glad I noticed it. I won’t be going back.

I visited on 5/10/2025 at around 7:00pm, close to the end of their work days and both techs working that night were amazing!! Very gracious and pleasant even though I know I cut it close to being too late for service. They did an excellent job, walked me through the products, and set me up with new wiper blades. Awesome experience and I'll be back in the future!

Horrible. Couldn't be any worse. One car in front of me and I was there for well over an hour before they were done. Then I left and there was an act. Ive oil leak in the van. Just drove a few miles and it pumped most of the oil out of the engine. Had to put 3 quarts of oil in just to get it back on the dipstick. Took it back, and I was there another hour and a half. They decided that the oil filter was the problem. The seal had broken when they installed it. They put in a new oil filter. Cleaned everything up and I left. Just went a mile or so and the whole nightmare started over again. I am now having the van towed to my mechanic of 10 years so that I can get this fixed. I use the van for work and I can't be without it.

I have visited this location multiple times primarily because of its convenience, but my recent experience has been disappointing. Jeff, whom I believe was acting unprofessionally, was aggressive and rude when I approached him for service. His tone was unnecessarily harsh, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, I overheard him yelling to an employee in another room about writing up someone for being late. That kind of conversation should have been conducted privately and away from customers to maintain professionalism and a respectful environment. Unfortunately, consistent poor customer service has overshadowed the convenience of this location. I hope management will address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

I have been to many take 5 locations and have had several negative experiences. In all of my time going there I have never left the shop feeling more informed and confident that i wasn’t just sold a bill of goods. This is hands down the best take 5 location I have been to. And ALL of the staff deserve recognition for the excellent work they do there whoever owns this location ought to be very thankful they managed to get such friendly and talented staff. This was a refreshing change and has restored my faith in the take 5 franchise. It’s 40 Min from my home but I’ll be using this location from here on out. I guarantee those guys don’t get paid anywhere near what they’re worth. Efficient and friendly service.
