The customer service (great people, free loaners) is superb. The work is always done well. This time exceptionally well with a detail job which transformed my kid/dog/rentals vehicle into a brand new car again. Prices significantly higher than other locations but I have been willing to pay the additional for convenience

Cole was excellent in expediting and scheduling everything. The technicians were also superb and efficient. I also requested two spark plugs and two coils that had been replaced so that I could examine them and they were boxed and on the front seat when I picked the car up. I thought the price was fair for the work done and all runs well. I highly recommend this BMW dealership

You were very efficient at receiving my car and getting me going again with the loaner, very well prepared. You completely the work quickly and sent a thorough video showing exactly what was done and what I should monitor going forward. Car was clean inside and out on pickup. Thank you

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their level of customer service. Also, I like the video of sevice done and then recommendations, that way I can see need for further service myself before agreeing to it. I take advantage of specials for discounts on service. With discounts I don't feel pricing is outrageous and know I know that someone experienced working on BMW's is doing work on the car. They make drop off and pick up very easy too. Excellent experience!

Never had a problem before until this last visit, 1/7/25. Paid in advance for tires and had to ask more than once for tire receipt. Tires are on and new back brakes done but receipt doesn’t match what I paid. Tires are all inflated at a different pressure. Just not used to this type of confusion with BMW. Tire warranty was never given to me!

I always have a great experience when I take my car in for service with BMW Cleveland. Kristina, my service contact was very informative and helpful. She responded timely when I reached out with questions. Ashton the mechanic who worked on my vehicle was very informative in the video sent and he did a great job on my brakes. I can definitely tell the difference. Every experience I’ve had so far here has been very seamless from the time I drop my car off until pick up. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I love the BMW Cleveland Service People. From the person who meets you at your car, to the people behind the computers and , of course, the service department with the best boss and the young lady that takes care of you and answers questions when you call. I went in for brake fluid and a detail and ended up getting more. All of which was very important! Driving home I could feel the difference. Thank you for the kind smiles and the great work!

Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially Denise, Kristina and the gentleman who handled my loaner. I’m sorry I didn’t get his name. My service was completed sooner than expected, and when I arrived to pick up my car, I was met at the door with my keys and paperwork so I could be quickly on my way. Finding the gifts on the passenger seat brought a smile to my face. They were the icing on the cake. Thanks for the great all-around service!!
