I have used Jaguar Solon for several years now to service my F-Type 2017 Jaguar. During that time, I have found their service to be outstanding with up-front communication regarding pricing on vehicle performance issues. Additionally, they have provided me with warranty information as well as transportation to and from my home if needed. My vehicle has always been returned to me freshly washed and dried, looking spectacular. I highly recommend Jaguar Solon for any of your vehicle service needs. This was my second experience with the service department, and both experiences were not very good. While most of the representatives we spoke with were personable, and while our main representative who was supposed to be our point of contact for any questions and updates about our vehicle seemed nice, he possessed poor communication skills. 1. Lack of Communication: My first issue is that we never received any communication from our representative. On the first day (around 9 a.m. on a Friday), he said he would contact us by the end of the day with an update, but we didn't hear from him. I called Monday morning and was told he was busy, and that a message would be left for him to return my call. He never did. This pattern continued throughout the time my car was with them. He NEVER called. We would contact the department for updates, get information from other staff members, and be told our rep would call us, but he never did. During the first week, we were told no issue could be found, leading us to believe we could pick up the car soon. However, my vehicle sat for about two weeks because we never received a call to come get it. We finally called out of frustration. 2. Excessive Mileage: My car was driven more than 70 miles. I was told it needed to be driven a lot, but 70 miles seems excessive. 3. Low Fuel: I put gas tank just before dropping it off, but I received the car back with less than a quarter of a tank. 4. Dirty Seats: My driver's seat was dingy and dirty (I have white seats). When I dropped off the car, I saw the car in front of me receive plastic coverings for the floor and seats (their interior was black), but my car didn't even get a paper mat on the floor.

Had to come back a couple times due the initial problem not being the final solution. Service team was nice. Issues were no one ever answering the service line when you called the dealership so I had to hit sales line to get through and they never had a loaner car for me so it was very inconvenient getting there and back with the added expense of having to Uber back and forth but they did cover almost all fixes under warranty which was appreciated.

I had an appointment for an oil change and received a loaner car. Scheduling the appointment was a very smooth and speedy process. However, I didn’t need the loaner car because they were done within an hour. They washed and cleaned the inside which was complimentary and did a good job.

The check engine warning light came on in my wife’s car. It was something that we wanted to address before we went on vacation two days later. Land Rover was able to get me in the next day and fixed the issue within two hours. I was able to go on vacation without having to worry about dealing with a service appointment when I returned.

Had my Jaguar ceramic coated and a small chip in my windshield repaired. When I got to the dealership, they had my car sitting I the showroom look better than brand new. They had completely detailed my car inside and out. I wasn’t expecting all that so was a wonderful surprise. Especially with the mess my sons make in the back seat.

The service was as always perfect and helpful. I appreciated the video that showed me my tires and brakes, it was very helpful. Also Hendrick was very patient with me and explained everything until he was sure that I understood. He gave me options from the very beginning to make sure that I made the right choices for what I needed. And I always appreciate the car wash. Thank you for all you do to make me a satisfied customer.

Brought in our electric car since it would not accept a charge at home. The dealership discovered that there was a software update that they only had visibility into, since we had performed all software updates on our part. They were able to rectify the issue, and Hendrick Communicated with us appropriately throughout the whole process.

I absolutely love the service at the dealership and applaud the professionalism demonstrated during my every encounter there . I purchased my Jag xjl in 2011 and love my vehicle as well as the jag establishment. Kudos to the team there and I highly recommend them . I purchased a BMW from the BMW Delearship on route 91 ( not the one apart of Jag Range Rover ) and the head guy in the service department was the main reason I decided not to purchase from that establishment but my jaguar experience was the best I’ve ever experienced in top of me adoring the vehicle. I can’t speak for all , but I’m extremely appreciative of the entires team’s willingness to make my experience a joyous one . Thanks again
