Bob & his team are always so nice, understanding of my situations,help work around my schedule, go over all options & just go above and beyond to help in any way they can. This last time I had to go in for a nail in my tire, they said it’s the biggest one they have seen yet & ordered my tire,made sure my spare was ok to drive on until my tire came in & just re checked everything over for me. They always make me feel special and safe. I only go there for my car needs & send my friends to them.

NOTE: Their online scheduling system DOES NOT WORK and is basically a bait-and-switch system. Made an appointment online and when I arrived, the guy at the front desk said "We're not taking any more appointments today." I told him that I already had an appointment and I wasn't scheduling one. Didn't matter - he asked if I wanted to schedule for later in the week... after I drove 25 minutes to get there. No thanks - I'll take my money elsewhere. Read the recent Google reviews to see that everyone is saying the same thing. The reviews on their site are obviously questionable.

I’m on my third set of tires from the store plus a couple individual tire replacements and repairs. Went into the store today to get some air in my tires because My tire lights are on. They said they don’t have a working air hose. Is this really a tire business? They said their hose was broken. They gave the impression that they could care less. They can order a hose from one of their suppliers and have it there in an hour. Poor representation of a good tire store

I would like to say that last Saturday I had a car rental that had bald tires in the front so I stopped by to see if I could have the tires rotated and they wouldn’t touch the car because I had a rental so I told the guy in the front desk Let me call the rental place to see if you guys could rotate the tires and for some reason, I thought discriminated against because the guy who first attended to me, hit behind a wall attending to other people and then some short guy with the glasses with a nasty attitude and nasty look towards me, came out and asked me. Why was I still there And I told him I was waiting to hear if my tire to be rotated from the rental company and he said well let me go take a look and he noticed the front tires were very bald had no traction on them and said well you don’t wanna rotate them anyways because it’s unsafe you need the back tire is good which made me think like he thought I was stupid because the cars are front wheel drive. I need the traction in the front not the back. Needless to say that I almost got into a car accident on my way home with the car. I feel very discriminated against and I will never go there again.

My rear drive shaft was damaged so they were able to quickly replace it for a reasonable price. Service was friendly and helpful with their explanations. Their complementary car inspection was helpful as well. Would definitely recommend Mr. Tire.

I went in to get my brakes done and what a day that was! I was there for many hours. 5 of them! They quoted a price and then came out a few times and it kept going up. I said just get the back brakes done as the front were ok. Anyways I saw people come and go. 4 or 5 of them at different times the manager/employee came out and told a customer their license plate bulb was out and needed replaced on top of whatever they were there for. I thought prob ok for one person but as time went by others also needed that bulb! That really rare! Anyways I was just glad to finally get out of there. I got that long printed out bill that was many pages. Got home and read some of it. He did ask if I wanted the tires rotated and since they had them all off I said thats ok to do. I did not know I was going to be charged another $20 for that! What was even worse I saw they charged me $20 for changing my license plate bulb!!! That was not even mentioned to me and I remember they did that to at least 4 other customers. What a freaking scam that place is! All on purpose. Mostly telling old ladies they needed that bulb. One told the man she will have her husband do it but he said by the time he gets his tools out and gets a bulb etc, he can have it done and ready to go. I never went back there but will never forget it either. I think my license plate made him think I was an easy target. Guess I was. Watch Mr. Tire folks! Mr. Tire, All you need to do is look up my license plate to see all I was charged. I feel more sorry for the elders that had new license plate bulbs installed! All at $20 a crack. Sounds like an extra $100 just for the ones I saw get scammed PLUS the big bills attached. Now after you saw this you want me to call you? Just look up my license plate on my white van. It was WARLOK. Any questions?

Went in for maintenance in my engine and left with a tire pressure light? Turns out they filled my 33-35 psi tires up to 50! EVERY TIRE! That's a multi blowout incident waiting to happen. I was honestly way too chill when I realised, called and warned them, but in hindsight they're pros and that's totally unacceptable. Go to a gas station with a air pump to check and see how your pressure is after a visit here.
