Ron and the team are great! Took my car for an alignment, and it was done quickly. They gave me honest suggestions on maintenance and provided an estimate for tires. I appreciate the quick service and honest employees!

I'll probably go back to the Mayfield heights location after my experience here. Upon dropping off a car for an oil change, I was of course insulted by the manager. When asked if my car had a certain specification I said "Um no" to which he proceeded to make fun that of course I did not know that (this is why I hate being a woman in these situations). My car was then taken back, and finished within an hour. But I didn't leave until 45 minutes after the fact. It was sitting there in the lot for a long time. The guy at the front desk said it was being updated. Whatever that means. Just overall not super satisfied with the service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ron gave me an estimate for 800.00, Ron said my car needed so many repairs because it was a 2001 Ford Escourt. I took it to another place and they fixed my car for 200.00. Solon Conrads is a joke and they overcharge you. I will never return.

Ron was quick to help me out with getting my new tires installed on my freshly powder coated wheels, I was recommended to come here because of the damage free tire installations and perfect balancing! Definitely have to come back and make use of their low car friendly alignment rack!

Let me start by saying Ron is AMAZING. The only reason I come back to this shop. Everyone else has broody attitudes and treat you like an inconvenience for asking them to do their jobs. They try to upsell oil changes no good reason. My car doesn't need all these additives if it runs fine and all I'm asking for is an oil change. My last experience the gentleman that sent me my video of my service was condescending, nonprofessional and not friendly what's so ever. He kept saying he doesn't want to "offend me" due to doing my rotors myself. (Nothing is wrong with them besides being slotted) when he called to go over issues they found, it was long winded and not very clear. When I said I would just like an oil change and coolant flush today he goes "you see why I worded That they way I did?" That comment didn't sit right with me. Will be looking for a new mechanic now. You need more Ron's!

We have been using Conrad's for years however our Subaru was having battery issues and they said it was the catalytic converter and replaced it. The car still wasn't staying running and would just stop in the road. Took it to the dealer and they found the problem it was never the converter. When I called to remedy and ask for load test they never responded. Will never go back!
