STAY AWAY from this Midas. I had an appointment at 12. Brought it in at 12, at 2 pm with no update from the car I find a way back to the shop for them to tell me they have not got it in yet, and that they’re actually going to have to rebook me for next week because they weren’t aware I had an appointment. Just a waist of time, I promise look around, you’ll find better quality mechanics and better quality people who actually care. all I have to say is just find somewhere else you’ll be happier in the end

I had fantastic experiences at Midas in Solon for my cars routine maintenances! Jesse is an absolute gem—so friendly and professional. It’s rare to find such excellent customer care, and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. I have been bringing my car here for over a year. The staff is always very friendly and they take good care of my car. Best part they have great communication and are honest with me. Plus they usually get me in and out. Bing, bang boom!

Came here after toyota dealership tried charging 7k for services. Midas was able to show me which repairs were necessary and which were not, ended up saving 5k on unnecessary services. Great team and I will be coming back.
