People are professional, nice business and they do a good job. Offered to drive me back to work while they fix it. We're they being kind or saw an easy fix & didn't want to it go The only issue is the cost. Usually I fix issues when I can & have time. Needed a gasket & belt replacement. Gasket and belt are under 100$ my total was 598$ for approximately an hour, 2 at most of labor. They knew i lost home in hurricane it didn't matter. So if you are in a pinch go here, if you can go elsewhere for a cheaper price or do it yourself then do it! Their job as a business is to make $, your job is to save it! I would only go here if I had to. Just about all reviews say the same you guys CHARGE TOO MUCH $$$ Hope this review is helpful.

Our family has given this place so many chances and yesterday was the last chance. We have spent thousands of dollars at Speedee on Hendersonville Rd over the last few years for multiple sevices. Anytime we take our vehicle there for anything more than an oil change or inspection we end up having to bring it right back, and there have been times that I have had to bring the vehicle back 3 or 4 times for the same issue that they assured me was fixed. Yesterday was no different. And after talking to the service manager, Willis, and him not taking any responsibility and just throwing his technicians under the bus, it's no wonder we have these issues. Integrity should start at the top. Just read their responses to other unhappy customers here on Google and you will see that it is always someone else fault. The cost for their services are at the higher end, but the quality of the service does not justify it. We are typically easy going and forgiving, but having car issues is already an inconvenient situation. It doesn't help when the place you take it to remedy the situation only makes it more inconvenient. Giving two stars instead of one because they have offered to fix some of their mistakes at no cost, but they can never give you your time back.

Came in for a North Carolina inspection as it is time to renew my license plate my worker was great and even pointed out that I had a leaky radiator. Worker went above and beyond the call of duty and most likely help prevent further damage to my car. Thank you Mitsubishi owner

The oil changes was fine but I wanted to get. Tune up on my car and I googled the price . It said to expect to pay 75.00 to 150.00 I was handed a quote of 368.00 for the spark plugs to be replaced that wasn’t even the oil change and they wanted another 300.00 to change out the value cover gasket. So for a tune up and oil change it would have been 800.00 plus . That’s ridiculous. My husband bought the spark plugs and changed it out his self for $50.00 . Way over priced.

Will not use again. Have used regularly for oil changes which they do ok with(who can’t?) though they constantly try to upsell you things you don’t need. Recently used them for a couple minor repairs. For the first repair I dropped off the car and they called to say it was ready to be picked up. Then I get there to discover the mechanic broke an unrelated part in the repair process and would need to keep the car overnight. So I went home frustrated without my car for yet another day. They didn’t charge me to repair the part they broke so I didn’t think too much of it at the time. I will add that when I picked up the car the mechanic had left a very expensive diagnostic tool plugged into the car, which I promptly returned. I then again used them for a second, unrelated repair and was very disappointed. They said it would take 2 hrs so I waited. After 2-1/2 hrs they tell me it will take longer because the new part was bad. They claim they only use OEM quality parts but now I doubt it. So I left and came back after they said the car was ready. I paid the exorbitant bill for overpriced parts and $170/hr labor only to find that the mechanic had left a part off of the engine. I complained to the unfriendly receptionist who asked if I would like to speak to the manager. I said yes and waited outside with my car a full ten minutes while a different mechanic replaced the forgotten part. The manager stayed in hiding and never sought me out to discuss the mistake they made. I will not pay $170/hr for unqualified mechanics that are too absent minded to put all the pieces back together. Better to go to the dealer as they are cheaper and better qualified. I will go to Valvoline for basic oil changes. At least they stick with what they can do well.

These guys are the best! I tried to go to another place, but they said I needed to get there by 3:45 cause their guy already left. The place next door had a computer down, so I ended up at SpeeDee and it was a good thing. These guys are pros! Efficient, professional and friendly. They even gave me a nice holder for my NC registration and insurance card that holds everything together. I’ve brought my other vehicles in my household too and everyone has a great experience. First class experience in a relaxed and friendly environment. Totally recommend!

We came in for an oil change. We were greeted promptly by a friendly associate. The service was professionally done. A couple of things were suggested to be replaced which I had already figured they were needed. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Our vehicle was clean when brought out. The service was excellent this is a great shop fantastic service professionally done. We will be back

Ladies....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, or be sure to check under the hood once you leave. Speedee on H'ville road DOESNT ACTUALLY DO the full service. After my $90 oil change/tire rotation, I specifically asked if the 17 point inspection was done. Brady, the manager, said yes. One week later, my battery died (checking battery is part of 17 pt inspection). The hood was lifted to change it and BEHOLD, none of my fluids were topped off. The cap for my wiper fluid was busted in half- noone bothered to tell me. At this point, I was questioning if my tires were even rotated. (I'm still not sure, but I was charged $30 for it). I took pictures of the fluid levels, went back and talked to Brady. He said he would go upstairs and " review the tape.' ( if you are having to review tapes, it is a sign that this is not good customer service, am I right?)After 30 minutes he came down and proclaimed the work was done. I requested my money back, but Brady said that was for the owner to decide. I went back (3rd time) and he said he would have an answer regarding a refund ( he knew I was coming today). Guess what? It was Brady's day off and no one there could answer! I have been going to this place for at least seven years. They could care less. If you are tired of MANsplaining mechanics, go somewhere that respects you, your time and your money. Anywhere is better than Speedee. ******Despite the reply, I stand by my review. I spoke to Brady on Saturday, let him know I would be coming by on Tuesday and asked him to please have an answer regarding a refund. He said he would... but Tues is his day off. He knew he would not be there, and he did not do what he said he would do. No one knew anything about my request for a refund. Why should I trust someone who does not keep their word?Also, what else would you tell me, that you reviewed tapes and your mechanics did not rotate my tires?? You are asking me to believe Brady over my own 2 eyes, my battery dying a couple weeks after your 17 pt inspection( it was an old battery-put in by manufacturer), and all my fluid levels low. Also, why did no one tell me my cap was broken on the day it was serviced? The replacement of the cap is the least you could have done in this situation. I was a reliable customer of yours for YEARS. I had to ask 3 times about the refund ( 2 in person, one in a phone call) Why could no one pick up the phone and reach out to me? You could have offered to show me the tape, or offer a partial refund, a full refund or refund for a tire rotation that I still don't know was actually done. Sorry but I trust the experience I lived through over Brady telling me that everything is A-OK. It has been the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I don't usually write reviews, and I stand by this one.****** Visit #1- the actual date of service. Visit #2- bringing you photos of my empty fluid levels/the broken cap and expressing doubts that the 17 point inspection & tire rotation had been done. Had to wait for 30 minutes while Brady reviewed the tape. Requested a refund. Visit #3 Cap replaced, 2 weeks later and STILL NO ANSWER on whether or not the owner will give me a refund. Dealing with y'all is frustrating.

I’ve been bringing my 2011 Toyota RAV4 to SpeeDee’s for the past couple of years. Overall, the staff has always been friendly, and I appreciated that they took care of routine maintenance. However, I’m writing this review to caution others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any major repairs. Each time I brought my car in—even just for basic maintenance—I was told there were at least $1,000 worth of additional repairs needed. I initially chalked it up to my car being older and high-mileage. But on my most recent visit, I began to question that pattern. I came in for a headlight replacement and general maintenance. The mechanic, Graham, completed the service but also told me I needed new ball joints and lower control arms. I declined for the moment, as I was becoming suspicious. Later that evening, I realized the headlight still wasn’t working — and to make things worse, my windshield wipers had suddenly stopped functioning altogether. I returned the following Monday to get the headlight and wipers fixed, and, due to time constraints with an upcoming move, decided to move forward with the ball joint work. After sharing what I do for work and that I’d be relocating, I later received a call informing me that my tie rods and brake pads also needed replacement — bringing the total estimate for repairs to over $3,200. That was a red flag, especially since the brake pads hadn’t even been mentioned during the initial maintenance visit just days earlier. At that point, I asked them to stop all additional work unless it was unsafe to drive the vehicle off the lot. To be clear: I’m not accusing anyone of dishonesty. But after several experiences like this, and especially the most recent visit, I left feeling uncomfortable and highly suspicious. If you're not well-versed in car repairs (like me), and receive unexpected recommendations for expensive work, I strongly advise getting a second opinion before proceeding.
