Go somewhere else! Very slow service. I waited 4 hours for an oil change and inspection last week with an appointment. Ridiculous! They failed the inspection and said the car needed new tires. I scheduled another appointment to get the tires changed Monday morning because they had to order the tires. 1 hour and 15 minutes being here and the car is still sitting in the same spot I parked it. Why make appointments when they obviously don’t care about your time waiting. I listened to them tell everyone walking in while I was waiting that it would be about 30-45 minutes before they could take their vehicle back because they had 2 ahead of them. I understand that problems arise when working on vehicles but oil and tire changes should not take hours. I will not take any more vehicles here to be serviced again.

I needed to get my car to a shop after getting a flat tire. Ronny was so helpful when I called and helped me get set up for the tire I needed. Once they got my car on the rack, they discovered that I needed another tire replaced as it was a flat waiting to happen. He came and discussed the situation and explained why I was possibly getting the uneven wear. He suggested a free alignment diagnostic so I could see why the uneven wear was happening. He was very understanding that it was not in my budget to get the alignment today and was never pushy. As a woman, it is always nerve wracking to work with auto shop, but this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Ronny helped me meet my needs and stay in budget. While waiting I watched the other staff act in the same way. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.

Was out of town had a flat, with no spare, was quoted $157 for a tire by Ronnie. Then called back and upselled to get the second front tire for a grand total of 219, I asked explicitly if that included both tires for both and was told yes, and if that included the installation costs and told yes. The final bill was $425 when I arrived, after being visibly frustrated they reduced the price, but this is well over 150 from the original price quoted, the other tire had a warranty and only changed it because it seemed like a great deal at $219 for two. I was also solicited for alignment as well so three separate sales calls within one day. They did get the job done same day, but the lack of transparency is extremely off putting

I brought a rental vehicle to this location because the rental car company could not replace the vehicle due to vehicles being out in the local area. I took the vehicle in for a nail that punctured a tire, and the staff took exquisite care of me. The automotive technician, Bree, was amazing and she took the time to explain everything to me. I greatly appreciate her, and the staff that took care of me in a couple of minutes. Great Firestone location!

Took my car to Firestone to get help replacing a bolt that was broke off in the ac compressor bracket and put on a new belt (in order to do that the tire has to be taken off) They called me within an hour to tell me they wouldn’t do it said “it was beyond their expertise” Got it home for my husband to work on it and when he goes to take the tire off, not 1 but 3 of the lug nuts were crossed threaded, 2 of the the studs broke completely off. Thank god my husband knows what he’s doing and saved the day! We definitely won’t be going back there!

These guys are awesome. I've used for tires and I recently had cause to use them for a couple of pretty extensive car repairs. They were very honest and gave me a fair estimate. Most importantly my car was ready the next morning. I highly recommend them!

I had a flat tire at 7a after I got out of work, and this was the only place nearby that was open. They were very pleasant and fit me right in (I called ahead, but didn't have an official appointment). They were done within 45 min, and I was on my way! Highly recommend!

Got a nail in my tire on the way home from work and the team at Firestone was able to sneak me in as a walk-in just before closing time, patch my tire, and get me on my way. They were super friendly and helpful, and got me patched up and out of there quickly and for a fair price. Great service, would highly recommend.
