Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I was a walk in customer. I was nearby when I ran over an object and it popped my tire. The staff were very accommodating and made me feel at ease. They explained the entire process thoroughly with me. They had my service finished in a reasonable time frame. The price for my service was very fair. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I’ve taken both of my families vehicles here and they’ve been so wonderful and thorough. I couldn’t say enough good about these guys.. I’ve tried several other places around here and I always feel scammed when I walk out their doors but every time I leave Mr. Tire on Hendersonville Road, I feel like hugging their neck! 🤗 Just good, wholesome people who actually care about their customers! 10/10😊

I called at about 9AM on Christmas Eve with a tire blow-out, had to get my truck towed 10 miles to you guys, and got the call from Chris that it was done all before 12PM. Chris is the MAN and Mr. Tire is now my family’s go to shop.

A very good experience! Scheduled my appointment online for the next day. When I arrived they quickly got me checked in and showed me where I could wait. I had my back brakes changed and was in and out in about an hour. Very nice, courteous, and quick! Will use their services again!

My wife called in and got me an appointment. Upon arrival, estimated time of completion was given. They even advised of a local restaurant for me to visit while I waited. Pricing was fair. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend.

These guys always go a great job when i bring my vehicles here. They are professional, fast and knowledgeable. They always take great care when it comes to my cars and make sure I'm happy before I leave. I have 5 Vehicles and refuse to take them anywhere else because these guys are the best. Doesn't matter if it's a Lincoln or a Volkswagen or anything in between they'll take care of it and make sure I'm good to go!

Awesome place to get work done on your vehicle. Got brake service done there, today. Went above and beyond on making it right after some issues, not of their doing in the slightest, were brought to my attention. Got me out the door at a very fair price point. Highly....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I'll be taking my other vehicles here if issues arise! Well done!!

My husband suggested I take my car here when my tire was going flat. He pumped enough air into it for me to drive it. I called to make an appointment and was surprised that they could get me in, in less than two hours later the same day! I left Hendersonville to drive to Arden. Friendly service at the desk. I did not have to wait very long as I saw my car pulling out of its spot to be worked on. There was a small area outside the larger waiting room where I could make some business calls while I waited. It was not long at all, when my key was handed me, and I was told I was good to go! I was blown away by the service at this location. My husband told me they were good here, and now I experienced it. We’ve been taking our vehicles here for about four years. Chris and Dustin do such a wonderful job. They have fantastic customer service and they always answer any kind of technical questions I have. They have always been so helpful and accommodating. When I first moved here, I was worried that I wouldn’t find a good mechanic and I’m really grateful that I am able to take our vehicles here.
