Service - Klaben Ford Lincoln

I have taken my vehicles to Klaben for years! They are the best. I deal with Mona Crooks mostly and she is awesome, always friendly, smiling, and lets me know what my vehicle needs if I haven’t scheduled it! Mona keeps me updated if my vehicle has to stay for a few days, always letting me know what is going on and where they are on completion. She is the best! But everyone that works there has been there for awhile and they all treat you fantastic. Thanks Klaben

Amazing service as always. Joe French and the team are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always take the time to ensure every detail is perfect. I truly enjoy bringing my vehicle in for service and catching up. I never feel like "just a customer." When my car lease was up for renewal, I needed to find a Ford/Lincoln dealership in the area as I am originally from Michigan. I walked in and I was helped immediately by a staff member. I ended up working with Scott to find a new car to lease and it was a great experience! Scott took us around to all the Ford and Lincoln cars in the lot and allow us to test drive. He made the leasing process so easy and organized and was very honest and truthful during the process. The next weekend I was driving off in a new Lincoln!! Everyone from start to finish was very helpful and nice! They explained everything well. Overall, I’m very happy that I found this dealership and trusted them with a new car lease! 10/10 recommend.

Bo Allen Stewart is the sales man I dealt with. Very professional and honest and upfront. I did not have to leave my home to purchase my vehicle. - found what I was looking for on Klaben’s Website -I got a Ford echo sport. Bo and I spoke on the phone emails- texts. He came to my house for signing the contract. There was no hidden anything. Also, we bought the car to me to inspect and make sure that it was what I wanted. Did everything from the comfort of my home. I would absolutely recommend Bo for your next car. I Give him 1000 stars. This is my second car from Klaben. Bo is still there, even if I have any questions. He is just a call or text away. I appreciate all your help Bo! Thank you so much again!

Always the best. Anthony was great, even though my car had a bunch of issues, he got them all fixed and explained things. It took a while (longer than expected), but he kept me updated and checked in enough, so I know what was going on. Great job!

I have Klaben take care of two repairs on the body of my car. The word for their work and their service is beyond "excellent." They not only repair the outside so that it looks like new, but they go the extra mile to clean the inside of the car as well. Employees are friendly and professional, and the results are better than anticipated. Would not take a car anywhere else for body repairs.

Mona Crooks always takes care of me every time I come for service on my car. This is the 2nd car I’ve had with Klaben and it’s no hassle at all to get an appointment in a timely manner. Mona answers any questions I may have in a way I can fully understand and that’s very important to me. She’s always so pleasant and friendly too.
