Brandon is an angel, I got my car towed and it took them 10 minutes to look it over to let me know that this problem is covered under warranty under the manufacturer, rather than fix something that didn’t need fixed. Brandon has helped me save so much money today which has been super hard to come by since I’m a student. I greatly appreciate his honestly, kindness, and his amazing customer service.

Fantastic work done by Quick Lane of Kent. Had a routine oil change and ended up allowing their mechanic fix up some deteriorating, end of life parts, which saved me a lot of $ in the long run. Bryson, the mechanic who worked on my car, did an outstanding job. He was fast, efficient, and very thorough on getting the job done! Highly recommend

I can’t tell you how grateful I am for this place. I have been bamboozled by so many different dealerships and mechanics when it comes to car repairs and I have spent fortunes but this place is different. Not only have they always accommodated my schedule, but they always do their best to make sure I’m getting the best service and do it affordably. There have been multiple times they’ve literally saved me from having to spend thousands and I’ll always be grateful. Ali has been so great to me and my husband. Every time I’m there, she makes sure to not only help me but explain everything thoroughly. Chris was my mechanic last time I was in and he not only diagnosed issue but fixed it within the hour which still blows my mind! I really appreciate both of them so much. I’ve also worked with and chatted with the other team members and every single one of them have been so great to us. I’m really glad I found this place and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Ali was very helpful kind and polite and she even gave me popcorn while I waited. She was very respectful and everyone there was very pleasant. The technician was Nick and he did a great job on my car repair. Thank you so much for helping keep me safe and get me back on the road!

Spoke with Ali and Andy they were both very pleasant from the start. Ali made sure everything was correct with contact information and noted all my concerns regarding the reason for my visit. When I was told my car was ready, I came back and spoke with Andy who worked on my car. He told me everything looked good, discussed what what found and how it was all fixed. I work in the customer service field, and I appreciate everything they have done. Communication and Transparency on everything was amazing. They made sure everything was explained in a way that made sense to me. I will recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again.

On 4-18-25, I had a lot of work done on my car. Ali Kight was the lady who took care of me and to say that she was outstanding is an understatement. She was thorough with the services that Quicklane provides, helps find discounts, and treats her customers like they are family. They were extremely busy, and she was handling about 7 different tasks at once but still stayed positive and courteous. She made you feel like you were the only customer in the shop. I was so impressed with the way she showed empathy to other customers and was so professional. Quicklane is very fortunate to have such a dedicated employee and she won my wife and I over because we will be sure to ask for her anytime we need work done on our vehicles. Newer customer here, and I’m genuinely impressed with the level of service I’ve received so far. The team provides great customer service with clear, honest communication and a level of transparency that’s hard to come by sometimes. Their pricing is both reasonable and competitive - and the fact that they offer price matching on tires is what initially sealed the deal for me. After some disappointing service at Firestone, it’s a relief to have found a shop that’s upfront, reliable, and actually cares about doing things right. Thank you Quick Lane team!

Every time I’ve come Here (3 times for 2 different cars in the last 2 months), Quicklane has been great. Their attention to detail, care for customers and cars, and fair pricing is what will keep me coming back. Brandon especially who works the front desk is super helpful and involved in keeping you updated on what’s exactly going on with your car and all the techs I’ve talked to are equally professional and experienced. These guys are great and recommend them to anyone. Honest and reliable.

The service here is excellent. They always are helpful with bringing attention to needed fixes but never pressure you . It's the only place I get my oil changes even though I have a 30 minute drive to get here. The staff is always understanding and helpful. I definitely recommend Quick Lane. You can't beat their service.
