The men who run this shop are heaven sent. Cheap & efficient. I have an old 2001 Jeep & they were able to get me a new muffler and fix my car running loudly, in about 30 minutes.

I broke a lug nut off (at the rim) and it looked hopeless. When I showed Mark I could tell he wanted to help. Within a few minutes Frank, his best mechanic, had extracted the problem and handed me the culprit. I couldn't be happier with the experience and price. Great guys to ask for help from.

The guys at budget muffler in kent charged a family member $1100.00 to replace 1 out of 2 catalytic converters and scab in an 8” piece of undersized pipe. Aftermarket catalytic converters for that vehicle range from $250-$375 and they probably get them cheaper than that. So where is the $700.00+ in labor at? I went in and asked for the pricing and what they charged for their “shop rate” and was told “that’s just what it cost” they refused to give me any explanation as to why this job cost $1100.00… I’ll be attaching pictures of this great restrictive undersized pipe they welded in because “they were being nice” and got rid of a piece of flex pipe that was there. They’ll never get mine, my family’s or my friends business after this experience. Not only do they make money off the exhaust work they do they get to turn around and sell your factory catalytic converters to recyclers and make a good chunk of change off of that as well. Update as of 9/25/23 these guys are still in business and still scam artists. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle else where to get worked on. Every vehicle that gets taken there “needs a new catalytic converter” these dudes are trash.

Budget Muffler shop has always come through for us, for over 16 years now! I thought I'd need an entire new exhaust system, but I only needed a couple parts instead! Thank you guys for saving us a lot money, again!

Brought our 1977 Ford LTD for a tailpipe replacement. They were wonderful and correctly installed our pipe. Fast and efficient! Thanks! Also very reasonable!

Went there on a Saturday morning to get a muffler delete on my F150 and they went out of their way to fix and fit a piece of exaust pipe I put on a few weeks ago myself, I no longer have a exaust rattle and they put a couple new hangers on as well. Reasonable price, great work and fast I was there maybe a hour. My truck's straight piped now and sounds so good 👍

They fixed my exhaust on my E500 in literally 20 minutes and it’s completely silent!!! They do excellent work and they definitely know what they are doing.
