I am a first time customer of Fuerst Automotive and cannot speak highly enough of the positive experience I had there. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed by Patrick. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Bob worked on my car and the entire time he was giving me updates and suggestions of what I need done now and in the future. You can tell they care about their customers. There is a reason Fuerst Automotive has been around for 30 years! Very trustworthy group of people and I definitely will be back

I was truly pleased by the staff and the quality of the work that they performed on my vehicle! Extremely open, honest and thorough in not only the maintenance they performed, but also inspecting and evaluating the need for future maintenance. Absolutely no pushy sales tactics. They just gave me an honest appraisal of what my expectations should be regarding the need for specific future maintenance. An excellent value and trustworthy folks!

We brought our vehicle in for service and stayed while the work was being performed. We spoke with Patrick, who was behind the counter, and co-owner Bob. We were pleased with their values and goals. And liked that they retained mechanic Cliff who has worked at the building since 1981 when it was AWTI transmission. We will continue to bring our vehicles here and recommend them. A definite asset for Kent and surrounding area!

Fuerst automotive Had my oil changed, Tire rotate, topped fluids , filter changed, and total inspection. Great staff and very friendly and knowledgeable . Great prices and didn't wait long. Definitely will go back. Thanks guys.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic shop looks no further! The Team at Fuerst is Awesome! I had them replace two tires and inspect my truck and it was quick, well done and Patrick and the team were very helpful and made sure everything was laid out very clearly for me. Everyone in this building knows cars and they will guide you through very honestly on what you should do if you need any work done. I will definitely be coming back for future work, and I also really appreciate the fact that their waiting room is nice and clean!

I cannot recommend Bob and his team at Fuerst Automotive enough! I just had my car inspected at their Kent location knowing it needed some work and new tires. Not only were they accommodating on day and time of drop off, they were fast, friendly, and professional. Fuerst is the only car repair location I have been to where I was not afraid of being sold into a service or repair I didn't need. Highly recommend! They will be my go-to car repair place for years to come.

Extremely friendly and helpful, identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I really love the way they do a full all-over glance at the vehicle and let you know what you need right now vs what can wait a bit. No upselling here! I could go on and on about the kindness and top notch service I received. Took a big job and made it feel manageable. Thank you!
