The guys at the Sandia BMW service center offer excellent mechanical expertise and customer service! You won't regret coming here! Brian, the loaner car representative, was able to work with me to get a loaner car while my car was being worked on. He has such a bright, friendly demeanor. Very professional! Tommy, my service provider, kept me up to date about my vehicle & negotiated with my warranty company to save me 6k! He was relentless and a wonderful asset during this process. Thanks guys!

I was absolutely blown away by how helpful and thoughtful the staff at Sandia BMW was during my recent visit to their service center. They were able to get me in on the weekend so I would not have to take time off work to get mechanical service. They were able to diagnose the issue very quickly and were able to rank them in order of importance for safety/potential for further damage vs “nice to have” so I could make an informed decision on which repairs to authorize. They were also able to arrange an Uber, and later a loaner vehicle. This team set the standard by which I will judge all future service centers in the future. I strongly recommend them.

Best auto service ever. Joseph and Alex have always taken excellent care of me and my vehicles and I have no doubt that I would get excellent service from everyone else in service. Sales guys have also taken very good care of me. Rick Herman does a great job. And no hard sale in finance. Just a quick rundown. Nice!

I took my vehicle in, got some work done. Paid for that service and they said it needed more services which was double what I paid for the 1st service (fuel pump) agreed to get those services and they still kept finding "other problems". It's been about 3-4 weeks since I agreed to get the other repairs done and they keep telling me "we need another week with your vehicle" I've heard that same response 3 times now. It's been another week last Friday and still no updates on my vehicle. I have had to call in on my own to get updated about what's going on with my vehicle. They wouldn't even let me get personal belongings from my vehicle because they said I would abandon my vehicle there. They even tried to get me to pay them some sort of payment just to get one card out of my vehicle, which turned out to be the wrong card. All I wanted was my wallet. I thought they weren't supposed to keep personal belongings? I had to order all new cards and wait for them in the mail. Such an awful experience I've been having with them. In the beginning they were super, but they have now let me down.
