Nice and friendly! Got an oil change through a Groupon and the front manager let me know in the future they will always match Groupon because when customers purchase through Groupon, they don't recieve the full cost! Mid oil change we got a call about a differential leak...their techs pay attention and cared enough to walk us through what it means and how to approach our dealership about it since we are under warranty. Clean restroom and overall great experience! We will be coming back!

Virginia and Cody have great customer service. They took very good care of me and my car. My car is like brand new! They treat you like family and are so helpful. I recommend coming here for all of your car needs.

Will always recommend this location to any family member/friend. Not only is the service amazing but the price is affordable and most importantly the staff is so friendly and respectful which means the most to me personally. Dwayne and his staff were GREAT!!! Customer service was excellent and they took the time to explain and show me the issues on my truck. They were awesome and got the parts and had me ready within the same day. We will be back!!!

This place is horrible. They wanted 2500 for a brake job. I politely declined and said I'd look around. While I was polite to Virgina through everything she was nothing but rude. And told me that I shouldn't drive my car and to get a tow truck. Which I didn't have money for. And I said that I only lived a few minutes away. She wanted me to sign something stating they weren't responsible if I had brake failure which was stupid considering they didn't work on my car. I found a better place to take my car. I won't be doing business there again.

I came here after trying to get an oil change at 2 different places and Virginia and Cornelius saved me from heartache and my pockets from hurting. They were immediately welcoming and willing to help. Virginia is very personable and helpful. They gave me information that other places probably wouldn't have. I definitely will be back when I need answers or help fixing something. Great experience!

Horrible place! Don't go there. Even one star is too much. Unfortunately, 2 months ago on a Saturday morning my car was overheating and this Midas place was close by so I showed my car to their mechanic. The manager, I think her name was Virginia, was rude and unprofessional. She was only looking to recieve the payment of almost $200 for a diagnostic that never happened. Her mechanic drove the car for few minutes and without doing any further testing said that I "have burnt the engine"! Manager said she is going to privately discuss my case with her mechanics. Then she came back and said that she can help with salvaging the car. Looks like this is their routine practice to earn more money. Then she became the nicest person, wanting to sell me a Stick drive Subaru. I declined. Later, I bought another car since I believed them and I thought my car's engine was no longer working although I could still turn the car on. Till I found a mechanic who actually knew what he was doing. He fixed my car. Apparently, there was only leak in the water pump, not a burnt engine. These people at Midas in ABQ are thieves. Do not trust them. This place should be closed for lack of dignity in their personal and manager's work as well as lack of expertise. If you are planning to visit this place, think again seriously.
