Survey Comment: The customer service was beyond excellent. I was asked if I had any questions, I said yes. I asked how do I take my mileage down and track it? The service gentleman was kind enough to ask permission to touch my steering wheel and the buttons to show me. He was not in a hurry. He was very kind and considerate. All of them were. Thank you all again. Excellent customer service is few these days. I highly recommend coming here for an oil change. 5 plus stars!

I took my Cadillac to get an oil change before going out of town. While getting my oil change they put oil in my turbo. Once I turned on my car. The shop filled up with smoke. We then had it towed out of there where a mechanic gave us a $3000 fix. Which Vavoline refuses to pay for. This cause caused us to get loans, higher lawyers and miss work. Do not go here!

I got there at about 11:30 am and there was a smiley, friendly young woman asking me what I needed. I asked her name and said Maria. She was very knowledgeable and ready to help me . She explained the difference between synthetic blend and synthetic oil. She was able to find a coupon for me and reset my truck oil mileage to 0. She deserves a raise and is a valuable employee. The other guys were friendly too.

It was alright kinda felt misled in the sales transaction. Bought a Groupon oil change 39.99, for 20.00 off, but ended up paying 79.99 for semi synthetic blend, just that while transaction was confusing. That's why I felt misled.

As someone that does 90% of my own mechanical work. It kills me to have someone else change my oil. Needless to say when I don't have the time to do it I'll keep coming here. Staff was nice, prompt, and alerted me to other concerns.

The Valvoline technician team provided excellent service on my recent visit for an oil change and fuel filter change on my 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 5.9l. Kudos to a great team 👍.
