I came for an alignment and left with absolutely no change. The car had a very obvious need for an alignment to begin with and left with absolutely no change. I feel like we were ripped off. Now, we are having to go somewhere else for a new alignment.

Shop didn’t open at said time. What made it worse was the owner told me to take it in at open the previous day. Owner also said I need the incorrect part replaced. First said it was the lower control arm, replaced that. Then Said it was the lateral control arm, changed that. Took it to Big o Tires they said it was the strut that needed to be replaced. Waste of time, energy and money. The diagnostic was $40, not a ton of money but when you replace the incorrect part off the diagnostic it adds up quickly.

This business was amazing. It is nice knowing the owner is the person to do the work on my car. He is friendly and honest. I was shown what exactly was wrong with my car and I wasn't second guessing my decision. I can say that I have found a good mechanic that I feel comfortable going back to. Recommended by peerless tires, for a full alignment. Very friendly, upfront with wha needs to be fixed. AZ auto did an excellent job on 1, i took another vehicle to them, AL fixed/replace ball joints and did a complete alignment.. I am very happy with the work on both of my vehicles.
