Sam's Club Tire & Battery

They jacked up my lug nut on my wheel and expected me to fix it with the mechanic simple tire rotation and even though they said can reimburse you know how booked other shops are? I shouldn’t have to go to this runaround because of someone’s F up.. so yea even though rotation is free I can see why, kick rocks 🪨 Sams club

I would not recommend this store for tires. I purchased two and they did not even balance them --- one was showing 41 and the other 37, as I was getting on highway. Additionally, I noticed a nail in one of the others that remained on my car. I repeat: I NOTICED!! They took those tires from the back and put them on the front. Why wouldn't they have seen this?? Now, I have to inconvenience myself, after having to take off work early yesterday to get tires put on, and make another appointment to get tires balanced. And check on the other tire with the nail. (To be fair, one mechanic did offer to repair it once I brought it to his attention as I was leaving). I felt rushed out and the store had actually "closed" although it was not scheduled to close until 7:00 pm and it was 5:30 pm. The mechanics were nice, but I feel that for some reason they were rushed to get out of there. Regardless of the reasons for the poor completion of the job, I will not be returning to this location and would warn others to proceed with caution. Perhaps go during the early morning/afternoon hours?

I was there to have tires replaced and I was so impressed with the service that was provided by 3 young people (Brooklyn, Meech and Ahmed). They were friendly, informative and working well together as a team with my interests as a focal point. Hats off to these three for superior customer service. Nice job, well done and keep up the good work 👏🏾 🙌🏾

The Reynoldsburg location stopped my lug nut/stud. The tire technician claimed the lug nut was already stopped before I came in to get a tire balanced and rotation. The thing is they were the ones to work on my car last (the past several times actually). They refused to take responsibility and blamed it on me. I will be contacting corporate.

Very disappointed with Sam's club for closing ALL the tire and battery centers during this time. I have a warranty on my tires and batteries here and have not been able to have either serviced during this time. How on earth did your forget about essential workers who would need to continue to use their cars?? I took my car to another company who was gonna fix the tire for free but unfortunately the damage requires a new tire. Called Sam's corporate to see if they would reimburse me for the purchase of a new tire since no Columbus locations were open. The supervisor in the corporate call center told me to take my car to Sandusky since that location was open. Explained that was over 2 hours away. He transferred me to them anyway and hung up. Sad that Sam's still is not open and both my cars are down leaving me to borrow someone else's car. They don't even have an anticipated date in which they will reopen...upset!
