Discount Tire

Terrible poor service. I was told I could get a replacement for my tire. I asked if i needed more than one due to my type of car and was told NO. After going all the way through another worker came over and said that they would HAVE to do 4 all new tires. I asked if I got a replacement if the same tire at a similar tread depth as mine if that would work instead of replacing FOUR WHEELS they said YES!! But tried to dissuade me from looking for that option as they said “it’s a unicorn” to find that. Yeah right Parker. You’re a lying liar. Money hungry. Rude service all around. Don’t trust them!!! Very Very offended and shocked with their attitude !!!! Im very disappointed with their service

Friendly staff, helpful, and fast install. Got the wheels+tires that I wanted delivered which took just a couple days, then install probably 30 minutes. Very happy and love the wheels!

I have been using Discount Tire for about 8 years now and this location specifically for the last 4. These guys know service and professionalism. I never have an issue with any of the cars I’ve taken here and they are always up front, yet courteous and honest. I have a couple meticulous vehicles as well, 1 being a new EV with specific jacking needs and 1 other is an exotic sports car. They can really take care of anything you need, from a small TPMS diagnostic and replacement to a full 5-tire replacement and I’m so glad I’ve found this shop. Special thanks for Sean and Robert whom I’ve had take care of me usually, but everyone here is nice and always willing to help!

I have been going here for 20ish years now, never a bad experience. They pretty much always exceed my expectations even though my expectations are pretty high for them as they always do a fantastic job! Quick as can be, friendly and great pricing (get the lifetime warranty!) If you go anywhere else, you messed up. 10/10 recommend Discount Tire!

Used this location multiple times over the years. My most recent experience here was really awesome! Props to Damien for being friendly, knowledgeable, and setting realistic expectations on the wait time. He was very up front on everything..Rare in this business. Plus he took care of an issue for me that they didn’t really have to, due to a tire choice I made incorrectly. Definitely, definitely recommend!!

Ran into a bit of an emergency when a local shop mounted a set of new tires onto my vehicle incorrectly with lug nuts that did not fit. Of all the shops I called in the area, this was the only one to welcome me as a walk-in and get me taken care of same day. When I showed up, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable while assessing the damage and providing me updates as they worked on my vehicle. Overall, the job took about an hour and I was on my way. I am very appreciative of this location and fitting me into their schedule and will most certainly be back in the future.
