I recently had service for our Range Rover at LR Easton. From Scheduling with Kim, to dropping off my car, picking up the loaner through service completion with Stephen K, the service and care (for me and my car) from this dealership was and always has been TOP NOTCH. I was very disappointed with the entire experience as a whole. I am new to the Land Rover family and based on my experience with this service, I regret my decision and want to return to the Lexus family. I have never felt this way and my anxiety has definitely triggered. For the price of the vehicles and services you would think that the quality would match and I am so sad to report that in my case, it did not. I have been told to try another location but at this point, I just want to look into another brand entirely. I must provide an update as I cannot just leave this as an all negative feedback. Since my original review I was contacted immediately for follow up with genuine concern. I have taken my vehicle for evaluation and the experience was complete 180. I appreciate the patience, time and effort to resolve this matter.

It was my first time needing service on my Landrover and Ryan Tincher was assigned as my advisor. Ryan was very attentive and extremely helpful while my vehicle was being worked on. Ryan communicated very clearly of each along the way and is a very polite and tentative representative for the company. Highly recommended!

Love my Defender and never have an issue with service! Ryan Tincher assisted us on our last visit. He was super kind and very pleasant to deal with. He even took the time to hook us up with a shuttle to do some shopping while my vehicle was being serviced, after we initially opted out of a shuttle when first making the appointment. He also kept me well posted on what was going on with my vehicle during the service! I've always had a great experience at Land Rover Easton and would recommend to others!
