Service Center - Mercedes-Benz of Easton

I am not sure how Mercedes-Benz has lowered its service standards so low. However, it is not acceptable for a customer to bring their car for service (an oil change), wait 20 minutes, not see a service advisor (Chris W.), wait another 3 hours, get the car back without speaking to or seeing an advisor, be charged ($271), and then drive off only to find that the windshield fluid was not checked or refilled. Pretty bad service. F=

Joe and his team are absolutely amazing!! You truly do get what you pay for when you bring your vehicle in for service. From the complimentary coffee and refreshments to the complimentary car wash and vacuum. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission service, a tire sensor, and an oil change. All routine maintenance services that were executed wonderfully. The cost is very fair for the quality of work, and it was worth every penny spent today. I cannot recommend Joe enough, he takes the most amazing care of his customers and makes sure they are in the loop every step of the way. And to the technician, an amazing job in my inspection video and services. It was very clear to me from the video the state of my vehicle and I cannot be more pleased. The main takeaway for me was that I was not pushed to have any additional services done which is something I see at other dealerships. You’ll do yourself a service by bringing your Mercedes to Joe at Germain!

I always have incredible experience at Mercedes of Easton. While the Dublin location is closer to my home, I find myself consistently choosing to make the trip to Easton instead. The reason? Their exceptional service truly sets them apart. One of the most significant aspects of their customer service is their reliability, especially when it comes to providing a loaner vehicle. Unlike other Mercedes service stations I've encountered, where I've had the frustrating experience of having a loaner canceled just 30 minutes before my appointment, Mercedes of Easton has consistently honored this commitment. This reliability in ensuring I'm not left without transportation is something I deeply appreciate. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction are evident in every interaction. It’s this level of service that builds loyalty and why I’ll continue to choose and recommend Mercedes of Easton for any service needs.

I would like to begin by stating that I drive a Mercedes-Benz, which naturally leads me to anticipate higher service costs. However, the $575 charge for a just an oil change is exorbitant. Upon arriving at the service bay, I had to wait 20 minutes for Chris to assist me. When he finally approached, I was immediately subjected to aggressive sales tactics for parts and services that I clearly did not require. Despite my attempts to engage in conversation, he continuously interrupted me and insisted on getting my keys. After reviewing the extensive list of parts and services that I neither requested nor required, I was shocked to find the total amount came to $3,100. As I recovered from shock, I remarked on the high cost, to which Chris responded that they thoroughly inspect my entire vehicle, unlike other service providers, which is obviously not true. I politely chose to decline their offer. Instead, I returned to my son-in-law, who is the head diesel mechanic at a prominent facility here in Columbus. He charged me only $100 for the oil change and kindly inspected all other aspects of my car as well. As a spiritual counselor, I genuinely enjoy driving my pre-owned 2018 Mercedes-Benz, which offers excellent fuel efficiency. Yet, I feel no desperate need to own a luxury vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz, as I maintain a humble perspective and do not feel compelled to spend $3,100 on such a status symbol. Nonetheless, this marks my second visit to Mercedes-Benz of Easton, and I have consistently encountered an atmosphere of arrogance and rudeness among the staff and because of that I will never return. How you treat people matters! Just because I myself or anyone else drives a Mercedes-Benz does not mean we are or should act better than anyone else.

After a great Sales experience, we had a bad experience trying to set up our first service,and a needed repair,and we won’t be back . Really felt they were trying to take advantage of a situation, and it ruined all that the good that was done on the front end. Really wanted to keep my business here but got pushed elsewhere to get taken care of fairly.
