Costco Tire Center

This shop saved our vacation! We got a flat tire on the interstate due to road debris and limped our way into the Costco parking lot less than an hour before they closed. They got us up and running quickly and kindly. Thank you!

Brought my new to me ND MX-5 Miata here for new tires. Got 'em at Costco online, shipped them to this location. Easy and simple. I was nervous though of my limited edition BBS rims getting scuffed or damaged during the installation. I politely mentioned it when dropping off the car and they responded with serious white glove treatment. They got me in exactly at my appointment time, done in ~1.5 hrs while I shopped. Great service, efficient, paid attention to my special handling request. Thanks Josh and Chris.

RJ and MIKE and EMILEO treated to great service. I had a flat tire and of course my car did not come with a spare. I was towed to my Costco and they immediately took my car in and took care of it. They are the nicest people to deal with in this time of poor customer service. Thank you guys so much.

This review likely won't sway anyone's opinion, but I want to express my frustration with the lack of empathy shown by Costco Tire Center employees regarding their flawed system. I placed an online order and scheduled an appointment based on the expected delivery date. I received a notification about the shipment just five days before my scheduled appointment and even got a confirmation for the installation the day prior. However, when I arrived at the counter for my appointment, I was told they didn't have the tires in stock. I was advised that I should have directly called to confirm the appointment. It's disheartening that the system seems to be at odds with what customers are told. It's perplexing to be told over the phone to order online and go through the scheduling process, only to discover upon arrival for the tire installation that the system isn't aligned with reality. This misalignment is frustrating and leaves customers feeling misled, especially when they receive a confirmation the day before their appointment. There needs to be better communication and a more reliable process in place to avoid these situations.

This location has unfortunately slipped. I special ordered tires, was told it would be 3-5 days. Two weeks went by without an update. The manager did apologize and re-order the tires and they came in. I called to schedule an appointment and was called back about 5 minutes later and told that the time had been given to me by mistake. Okay, mistakes happen, I certainly understand that. Set a new time for the same date, no big deal. I went and had the tires installed and the manager wrote on the invoice that I wanted one of the tires to be saved. When I went out to my car there was no saved tire, I had to walk back in and they had to find it. The staff were very nice and polite about this- like I said, I understand that mistakes happen. However, I have also discovered that the tires were not inflated to factory spec - they are supposed to be 32 rear, 38 front but they were set to 32 on the left side and 38 on the right side. I also do not believe they were balanced correctly as I am now experiencing a vibration/shake that was not there before. This is just a little too much to go wrong with one simple tire visit. Hopefully this location can get back into shape because I used to really trust them with all of my tire needs.
