Today I went there to do oil change as I saw an ad in their website 2 oil change for $130. That $130 deal was B.S, the service advisor said, this deal expired end of the year (2024), and now the deal is $180 for 2. I open the disclosure online in their website shows it will expire today (02/28/25) and show it for him, and he insisted saying the price is $180 and their website is wrong. And then I took my keys and left. My point of view, what they're doing is illegal, advertising lower price to get customer there and then charge more to the end. Watch out for this scam guys. Bit frustrated that after 10 days and a couple grand, I'm only 2 hours away with the same issue. I was never able to call in with someone to answer the phone. Bryan was really friendly and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1

At the service department there's a over weight white man with glasses an over weight white women with glasses and it's like their prejudices ways comes out their ears . As a Latino I have to be honest..... everyone at this places is awesome! But those 2 white employees at the service department are rudedest and most disrespectful in every aspect of life. You can speak to them in a soft tone and they will yell at you almost like they want you to yell back to start a confrontation. If your a minority you can feel the way they speak to you like they're cops or something. I bought 2 gladiator jeeps from this location and like I said " everything was smooth " "BUT " THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS DISCRIMINATION ALL OVER IT ! So do your services at another dealership.....if you don't believe me .....good luck to you!

At the service department there's a over weight white man with glasses an over weight white women with glasses and it's like their prejudices ways comes out their ears . As a Latino I have to be honest..... everyone at this places is awesome! But those 2 white employees at the service department are rudedest and most disrespectful in every aspect of life. You can speak to them in a soft tone and they will yell at you almost like they want you to yell back to start a confrontation. I had to make an appointment online because every time I called, I thought it went to a call center, and they would tell me that the service department would call. They never called. Went to my appointment, and the guy was very helpful. Of course, though, I had to make another appt. Will see how it goes!

Not sure if I ever could say this about car dealer service before, but this place exceded all expectations. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I was talking about when I mention engine ticking (asked for this to be diagnosed twice at other dealers and they supposedly found nothing or even knew what I was referring to). They were able to diagnose and fix multiple difficult issues (lifters, AC, radiator/cooling system), with in a very reasonable time frame (and were actually accurate in estimating repair time). Overall a huge relief that there are still places that you can rely on to get things done correctly and promptly. Went in expecting bunch of headaches and very long time without a car and ended up getting everything fixed with no issues and fast. Kabryn did a great jobs managing the situation and keeping me up to date.
