This is the 2nd time Autospec-LV worked on my Porsche. Tony (manager) was great as well as the entire team! The give good price they installed my spoiler and they also installed H&R lowering springs on my Porsche as well.

After being told there was $11,000 worth of work needing to be done on my 2017 Murano with 52000 miles on it by the dealership, my neighbors recommended Auto- Spec to me. The owner here is AMAZING! Tony went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe and could get my car to his shop. He was willing to meet me after hours and explained what things could be wrong. He promised me that he would look at my car first thing the next morning and let me know what the issue was. As promised, I received a text the next morning. My problem was minimal and a mere fraction ($600) of what the dealership quoted. Tony had my car back on the road, as promised by the end of the day. If you are looking for a fair priced and honest mechanic, this is your place! I HIGHLY recommend this mechanic shop to anyone! As a woman and teacher, I tell ALL of my coworkers, especially the women to take their cars to Tony's shop! It is nice to be treated like a human and not a cash cow by a mechanic! I highly recommend Autospec-lv.

Lupita manager of the auto body assured me the repair for damage done by next door passion auto would be good as new. Not true! 2 weeks later they not only done a bad job, the door misaligned. Requiring me to spend more money and time on aligning the door. Something a basic body shop should have done properly. Clearly the underhanded dealing or payment to auto spec was cheaply done. Door makes a clear audible noise when closing as seen in video. Lupita blamed on “old car” false narrative. Where in fact another body shop fixed the damage for few hundred. Blaming on incompetence of this body shop and sloppy work.

I had a positive experience with AUTOSPEC-LV. I like the fact, I was no pressured in getting extra work done on my SUV. The young man name Tony Diaz, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and super helpful in giving me the truth concerning my needs on fixing what had to be done on my SUV. Oh yes, I received a significant discounts on my repairs. I am returning next week for the Tony, to finish up the second part... and my SUV, will be like brand new! I felt like a valved customer.
