Cadillac of Las Vegas Service Department

Buying a car can be very stressful. Unfortunately I had had a difficult experience with another dealership, and Raul made the experience stressless. I wanted to go through my credit union for financing and connected insurances, and it was not an issue. I felt respected and appreciated here, and would recommend Cadillac Las Vegas to friends and family. Ted was also very kind in the finalizing process.

This was my first experience with your service facility at Cadillac of Las Vegas. I was very happy with the professionalism of your service advisor staff and very happy with the quick completion of the repairs. Samantha Mckendall was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and professional, she made a special effort to keep me informed during the whole process provided me with service recommendations and costs. Daniel Taylor was very helpful and pleasant helping me get my vehicle checked in the night before even though he wasn't my assigned service advisor. I really appreciated the car wash; they did an excellent job. Overall, it was a great experience and I will return in the future. Some of the recommended services were overpriced compared to other repair shops in the Valley so I had to pass for now, it would be nice if dealerships were more competitive in the market so we could have repairs done there. Samantha is the best. She's always so helpful. She makes sure you are well taken care of. She explains everything in detail after she gets the service write-up from the tech. I'm glad she works in the service department. I'll only book my service with her!

I've been visiting this service center for 8 years and had varying experiences with different service personnel. However, since discovering Britten, the service has been consistently exceptional. He always knows exactly what I need and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I've enjoyed a fabulous experience at Cadillac of Las Vegas since I bought my car brand new Dec of 21. Sale was easy, the salesman was decent and the newly hired gentleman who was in charge of warranty was super! I've brought my car back here for all services and have been very pleased, especially with my service advisor Daniel Taylor (he is sooooo much better than my last one - glad he is gone). Everything is done as expected and they always accommodate my needs!

I’ve had my Cadillac for the past three years on a lease, and I’m now turning it in-but I just wanted to share how great my experience has been from start to finish. The sales team made the leasing process smooth and stress free and the service department has been consistently reliable, professional and quick to help any time I needed something. Customer service overall was always top-notch, friendly, responsive and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Cadillac .
