Jeep Only Service Department

No. Communication is really bad. Sometimes you can get the guy that answers the phone 📱 to talk to the guys working on your jeep. They take long without telling you progress. Expensive and you hope it holds up. They like to communicate with text message. But not respond real well. If you can do without your jeep for a long time then go here. But you will still need to make sure it's fixed. And they will use up all your gas in the tank too.

I just had the oil changed on my Jeep. The service adviser Patrick was friendly and went above and beyond to make the visit great. He took really good care of me and my vehicle. The waiting lounge had good Internet and I was able to work while by vehicle was being serviced.

I've been coming here since they opened - warranty work, major repairs, regular maintenance... Never an issue, always a great job! Cameron has been taking care of me for years! (That's not my Jeep, I just love looking through the window into the service bay!)

Brought in my Gladiator after my drive from Alaska. Jeep Only took care of my oil change and tire rotation, which I still had from my Jeep Wave. I came in with no appointment, first thing in the morning. The lady at the counter was very friendly and also ordered me an Uber since I also had the 4 lock checked out and left it overnight. Great service.

I used to like going to Jeep Only they were nice to talk to, never had a problem getting someone on the phone. They are very close to where I live. This is back when they first opened though. But ever since they were bought out, trying to get someone on the phone in the service dept. is like pulling teeth. It is ridiculous to sit on the phone while it rings for 10 min. At my job, the phone can't ring more than 3 times, not here. All it does is ring. And if you follow the prompts for Service - you can only select to talk to your rep or schedule an apt. I ONLY have a question before I make an apt. I don't have a rep to talk to. Why can't someone answer the PHONE. SO IRRITATING. I guess its time to go back to Desert 215 a 30 min drive.

I have taken my car here for years since this is where I purchased it and more so recently, their service has gone downhill. I took my car in almost 2 months ago for service and they told me they would call me once my part came in to get the work done. I have called for weeks and I am not able to reach the service tech that I was working with because he never answers the phone. Since then, I’ve taken my car to Chapman Jeep and received what feels like five star service compared to this not to mention I was offered a loaner car without having to ask whereas Jeep only has always said this was not an option.
