Matt has helped me twice now. Last year I had a problem with the acceralation on 2016 Hyundai Tucson. Centennial Hyundai wanted to charge me thousands. Matt fixed my car and explained everything. Then recently I needed a new fuel pump which Matt replaced quickly and at a price under the national average. I truly appreciate that he explains everything!!!

I used Yelp to get a quote for fixing both my upper control arms for my car and got a couple responses and only Matt came back with a quote and would do the work. The other 2 responses said they don't do the repair. When I took my car in for Smog at one of the oil change franchises I had them put my car on the lift to check what was going on with my front suspension. They quoted me $900 to fix which I knew was ridiculous. Matt did the work for $555 + tax. I called him a couple days before coming in to make an appointment and got one right away the day I was off work. I dropped it off in the morning and it was finished a few hours later. Matt also showed me the old part which I had seen underneath the car and knew the bushings were dry rotted , but after they were off I could see how bad they really were. Also one of the ball joints was shot. It was the original parts on my car which is 20 years old. So it lasted a long time , but what do you expect of a heavy duty suspension on a P71 Crown Victoria that was once an undercover vehicle for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. This car is tough as nails and super reliable. I would highly recommend coming to this shop. Matt is professional , courteous , knowledgeable , fast service , and reasonably priced. The shop is clean and well maintained. Thanks for getting me back on the road with a safe suspension and it rides so nice again.

I was in Vegas on a road trip in my dodge diesel. I was leaving town and my tranny wouldn’t get out of 4 gear. I was t going to chance it so I started looking for a shop to get a diagnostic. The first shop I called had great ratings but was booked up and couldn’t help us. The guy was awesome and said there was another shop beside him that might be able to help. That shop was Passion Automotive and Matt is the man. He got my truck in right away to check the codes. The scanner came up with 2 codes and it didn’t look good. Matt went through the options and was awesome. At this point most shops would have just tried to sell me a tranny and install. We determined a more cost effective solution due to the circumstance and timeline. Matt and his guys did the work, did a superb job and I went on my way. Matt even followed up to see that I made it home. This shop is professional and honest. I highly recommend these guys if your looking for a good mechanic in Vegas. Thanks Matt

This place was one of my worst experiences in my recent years. I came to them because of the “good reviews” they have on Google and Yelp and they scammed me twice in a row, they charged me as if they were new with used items that broke within weeks, and when I tried to complain they acted offended. Anyway, I had to take the car to another mechanic and to my surprise everything was a disaster! I really don’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. 👎

Ever since Chris left… Matt played a lesser role in fixing cars leaving my cars to other mechanics that are less than desirable. Having gone to passion for years, and spending thousands. Last repair Lee backed up my car into lift pole causing body damage. Tried to be nice to Lee as much as possible until I caught him in 2 lies. 1. Part not available… I went back and showed Lee part on eBay. But he would not care to help. Deflecting to Matt 2. Matt is going through family issues and have not been in the office 4x as I tried to work things out. Lee would not offer any assistance or make eye contact. Finally Lee said he has nothing more to say leaving me in a lurch. Not caring or claim and responsibility to damage he done to my car. Matt said do not file insurance or go to court. So I tried again to be the bigger person and let passion to make it right. The body damage came back less than optimal resulting in door misalignment costing me more $$$ Avoid until they get better mechanics and Matt get his passion back in helping others. ——- old review Matt and Chris did a great job fixing bunch of missed repair items overlooked by other mechanics. Starting with engine mounts cracked, broken CV axle, and a leaking fuel pump resulting. Love their honesty and thoroughness even when overflow of client cars shows their success.

The work was done efficiently, and now my car drives like new again. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this shop is the real deal. I highly recommend Passion Auto Repair! They have great customer service. Matt was very professional and helped me figure out my issue with my car right away. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely be going back to Passion for my vehicle needs!
