I made an online appointment for a free one hour consultation at 12pm but needed to move it to 2pm. I updated the time online. When I showed up after a 30 minute drive, I waited a few minutes (there was no one in line). A guy was sitting there heads down. When he had time to look up, he said he had me down for 12pm but I explained that I rescheduled for 2pm. He said there were other people waiting and asked if I could leave my car. I couldn’t and asked if he could view a video of what I’m having issues with. He said no and a lot of people ask him to watch videos and he can’t diagnose unless he looks at the car. If I had known a one hour consultation required leaving my car overnight I would have made arrangements. The one hour free consultation is misleading so plan to leave your car overnight!

I dont know if you agree but it seems to me we are all to quick to critize. Its for that reason that i want to thank Sid and Steve at Global. They were courteaus, knowledge and communicative. They are not close to where I live but wil definetly be going back. Great job guys thank you

I highly recommend this place. Steve is awesome regarding customer service. He was very informative since the moment I told him about the issues I had with my car. He answered all my questions and provided me extra information. They worked on my car really fast. When other places told me that it would take two or three weeks for the repair.. here they made it in three days and for a really good price. Thanks for everything Steve!

Great service! Steve really helped me out with my transmission, he was very knowledgeable & took the time to go through & explain everything to me. The place I went to previously misdiagnosed & told me I would need a complete rebuild, he ended up saving me time & money. Very happy I took my car to him! Will definitely return for any work I need done in the future & recommend to others!
