I would like to give a shout out to Joe in the service department. I had a scheduled appointment for some tire pressure issues I was having on my 2020 HR-V. Joe was friendly, professional and so helpful! He quoted me a two hour wait time. My HR-V was ready in an hour and a half. Awesome! I have been a customer with Roush for over ten years now. While on travel through Columbus, my Pilot’s electrical warning lights all came on suddenly on a Sunday night. We were scheduled to leave Columbus early Tuesday morning, but every auto repair place was closed that night. I got up early Monday and started calling service centers. Roush Honda was able to get me in that morning. My service advisor was Brett Smith, and he promised he’d get back to me in a timely manner with the details of what was going on. Sure enough, he called me back earlier than he’d estimated, and let me know what was going on with my car. Turned out to be a fuel injector problem, and they had the parts in stock, and he promised me they’d be able to get everything repaired before the end of the day. A couple hours later, I was able to pick up my car, good as new, and he was able to get everything covered under warranty, so I didn’t have to pay a dime! Definitely recommend Brett and Roush Honda for servicing your Honda!

Overall a decent experience. I had a great experience with my service advisor Cameron, and the parts department was great when I needed to order more parts for my 2014 Accord's battery. Those parts came in really quickly and at a much lower cost than online parts suppliers. Edit: I was initially dissatisfied with the service because I didn't get the level of detail needed to diagnose a battery drain issue. But, Roush reached out to make things right. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an appointment on May 1st at 6:30 am for dropoff for a driveshaft recall. My service advisor Michael Blue, had issues with the system not pulling up my appointment, but was still able to get me manually checked in relatively quick and offered a discount on my oil change for the inconvenience, which was awesome. The shuttle drivers were both nice people and ensured I got home and back safe to my car in a timely manner, I can't remember their names unfortunately. Shout-out to the service techs as well, my car seems to be running great and that's all I can really ask for. Good experience overall.

I made a service appointment over the phone and dropped my car off for an oil change + tire rotation on Thursday at 6:30am. Roush Honda held my car for two full business days (Th 6:30am till Fri 4:00pm). When I picked up my car on Friday at 4:00pm, they had not even started working on my vehicle! Neither the oil change nor the tire rotation had been completed! What is the point of allowing people to make appointments if you are not going to complete the work at the agreed upon time? To me, this is unacceptable.

Sarah is very customer oriented, explains in detail the problem and what can be done to remedy the issue, always keeps me apprised of the status, in detail, of the my vehicle, even after working hours, and definitely takes pride in her work.
