WARNING AVIOID AUTO ADDITION IN WESTERVILLE OHIO Recently, I had the misfortune of trusting my new vehicle to Auto Addition in Westerville, Ohio, for the installation of an amplified subwoofer. Despite the dealership's recommendation, my experience was a complete disaster. The seemingly simple job turned into a nightmare. The staff claimed that the subwoofer was damaged, despite being new and functioning properly in the workshop. I was forced to buy another and return. However, the situation worsened when I discovered that the "damaged" subwoofer had been mishandled and scratched in the equalization area. Additionally, they had damaged an auxiliary cable and an important part of my vehicle. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, he denied any responsibility and prevented me from speaking with a supervisor. I was left with a bill of $327 for the installation and an additional $70 for the damaged part. Conclusion: Don't Pay Someone to Damage Your Car The lack of professionalism and care at Auto Addition is unacceptable. Despite their positive reviews from other customers, my experience is a clear example of their inability to perform basic jobs without causing damage. Warning to vehicle owners: •⁠ ⁠Do not trust your vehicle to Auto Addition in Westerville, Ohio. •⁠ ⁠Carefully inspect the work before paying. •⁠ ⁠Do not be fooled by recommendations or positive reviews. Remember, your vehicle is a valuable investment. Do not allow others' negligence and lack of professionalism to damage it.

These guys are amazing. The did a lift kit, leather interior, tires, and rims on our Wrangler in 2019, and I took my new Grand Cherokee to the a few weeks ago to swap the factory rims and tires to my Fuel rims and new tires. Had problems with the TPMS sensors and Nick and the guys were awesome in getting it corrected. They apologized multiple times even though it was absolutely NOT their fault. They are the only ones I trust to do tires and suspension work, and the interior work is top notch too. A huge thank you to Nick and the entire team for going above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Great work all around. They did my window tint, clear bra, tonneau cover and bed accessories on my 2025 tundra. The clear bra and window tint came out perfect and also had a fair price for the tonneau/installation. Even when they ran into unexpected labor costs on an original quote, they still worked with me on the price

I have had two different services done at this place - clear bra front end protection and Ceramic window tint. The staff is very friendly, and happy to answer questions, the work was done quickly and with great attention to quality and detail. I highly recommend this place, and plan to go back if I need anything like this in the future.
