Roush customer service sucks! From the start they said they'd have my car for 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks turned into over a month. I demanded they have my car done by a certain date ( minor fix didn't need over a months keep) I asked that they update me on the progress, they never did. Kevin, Mike, and Zach were all very rude when I spoke to them on the phone. They talked to me like I was stupid because I'm a woman. I would NOT recommend them for auto repair! Horrible service! They also gave me my car back in horrible condition. It's a brand new car that looks like they blew drywall dust all over the inside. They left boot marks on the inside of the doors as if they pushed it open with their foot. If I could give "0" stars I would. Ya'll don't even deserve the one I gave.

Our 2014 Pilot sustained moderate damage on both the rear passenger door and quarter panel. Kevin P and the team did an excellent job from start to finish. From the beginning, Kevin was clear about the process with the insurance company, including estimate price fluctuations and schedule risks. Due to the age of the car, totaling the vehicle came into the conversation. Kevin was great in handling all my questions about this, and he and the Roush team clearly heard my concerns. They were able to come to a labor/part compromise between the original Roush estimate and what the insurance company was willing to pay. In the end, the job looks great and you can’t tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend you reach out to Kevin P and the Roush body team for any body work you might need done.

Always helpful. We have had our cars fixed here but also just come for estimates. They are always kind.

I stopped in to the Body Shop yesterday to see if someone could look at a small amount of damage on my Honda HRV. Madison Dennis waited on me. She was extremely helpful, patient, courteous, friendly and she fixed the damage. I would highly recommend her. I feel like I have made a new friend. She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her!

I do not have enough positive things to say about Roush in general but especially the Body shop. They are quick to help you, very honest laying out the options and provide excellent customer service

Didn’t have the greatest experience, but management did reach out. I felt that it was sincere and we can move forward. I do want to thank Kevin for being so kind and trying to rectify a situation. This not so nice coworker would not let him take over the case when we asked for someone new.
