Nice folks! I stopped in to get a battery for my SUV’s remote and new wiper blades. One employee installed the battery in the remote and another installed my new wiper blades. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

Bought a battery at one location 5 1/2 miles away after speaking with a representative at this store. The part that I bought from the other store was not the issue. Went to return this part to this store with receipt only 2 1/half weeks later under their 30 day return policy and was turned away. No attempt to make things right manager and counter personnel seemingly did not feel it was time to do their job just yet that morning.

They charge more, have terrible service, and just ignore online orders until you come in the store. Every time I have ordered something online from these guys I get a message that reads "Please wait to be notified before heading to the store. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up." But they never fill them until you get there, and half the time they didn't even have the item. They charge 25% more than the manufacturer (Porsche in my case) for an OEM part, and they ignore the orders, and didn't even look up from their web-surfing or reply when I said "Hi" as I walked in. I don't know how they stay in business.

Terrible experience with this location. Ordered wheel bolts for my old beetle. Had to go in three different times for 10 bolts. Ended up purchasing 15 because they didn’t have 10 that matched. I now have 3 different sets of mismatched bolts. 5 of the bolts were clearly worn down, covered in grime/grease. Guessing they were returned. Another set is painted bright red. When I asked for a clean set, I was told they could be ordered but there was no guarantee they would look nice. Terrible customer service and no concern for the customer at all. To get attitude instead of understanding from an employee is unacceptable. Don’t waste your time with this location. Also, they decided they close at 6, not 7 (website and Google not updated). Even more useless considering the number of parts stores in Westerville open until 9pm.

My 82 father and I went in within the past 2 months and traded our old NAPA battery for the riding mower for a new one. My father didn't want to wait on me as I am away and took the battery in and asked for them to test it, they wouldn't. They said it is only a couple of months old and should be fine. If it was fine, he would have the mower started and be cutting the grass. Where is the compassion? This is not why my parents moved to Westerville 55 years ago. We will be taking our business to someone else in the area. When I went into the store, to help him get the first battery 2 months ago. I put the battery on the counter and didn't realize the guy was on the phone and he pointed to another register like I was interrupting his time on the phone. You can do that crap to me, but don't do it to the older people that come into your business for help because they can't remember what to do or forget how to check how much charge the battery has. Shame on you! I'm on my way to help my father because your employees chose not to help him in anyway.
