Faddy and Carol and Cyndi greeted me as soon as I walked in. Everyone was extremely friendly and gave my daughter stuff to do as well to occupy her. They helped me right away with all my concerns. The entire process of dropping my vehicle off was fast and great! They were able to assist me with a loaner car which was so important.

Plaza Kia Auto Shop Advisor Majeed was incredibly honest and transparent about my car repairs, explaining everything clearly without making me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Majeed was consistent in communicating (VIA CALL, TEXT AND EMAIL) everything involving my vehicle such as; warranty, car parts and estimates. Although I was very impatient and demanding during the duration of the repair, Majeed remained professional, friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my car was running perfectly. The quality of work was top-notch. Majeed also went above and beyond to make sure I got a loaner car to accommodate me and my family. Had a great experience at Plaza Kia today. Called to schedule an appointment just a few days ago and they were able to get me in quickly. Faddy helped me throughout the process and was super easy to work with, communicative, personable, and answered all of my questions and explained everything for me to a tee. Kenny is the best Mgr here. He helped me out at Plaza and pays attention to detail and his customers. He is a pleasure to work with. He is truly amazing at what he does. Faddy my advisor was also helpful and knowledgeable he handled my paperwork quickly and efficiently and also was very informative in telling me when my next oil change should be. You have great people working for you you need more people like them.

Awful service. Been trying to get a factory recall repair for months. They have me come in and not have the part, so waste of a few hours. I call and ask if they can check for the part and they either can’t for some reason or say they’ll call back and never do. It’s for the anti-theft and anti-explosion recall. Their service dept has some weird relationship for their parts dept. No one knows what going on and the person who did your paperwork the first time is the only one who can help and that person is never there or quit. It’s the hottest mess I’ve ever seen. They’ve even called me to ask for feedback and I told them and they said they’d be on it and nothing. I’m gonna sell my car because don’t want to deal with this stuff anymore.
