I made an appointment to get my oil changed and get my car inspection. I literally have been waiting here for almost THREE HOURS to get my oil changed. Nobody gave me any information regarding the progress of my car but this was a horrible experience. This will be last time coming here for my oil change. I have seen other customers waiting along with me. What they can do is let people know if it will take several hours to get their oil change but honestly they don’t seem to care.

Call them. Make an appointment. Everything is great by the phone. But when you are there... they let me go with brake problems. And never have a loner car.

Do not come here did an oil change 2 weeks ago and then had to come back cause my check engine in light came in. Had an appointment at 10am and then had to pick up the car at 3pm. Just turned my car on again and there’s still a check engine light on. The reason my check engine light came on was because the cap wasn’t closed and all the oil spilled everywhere.
