If Michael Marzegli is the rep helping you with your parts, would suggest you ask for someone else. Ordered a tow hitch last week, was told I would be called when it comes in, but to expect it by Tuesday. Tuesday is long gone, no phone calls from Plaza Honda. Tried calling the shop multiple times, no one picks up the phone. After going there in person, they told me that it had been there for days, very nice. Avoid if you can.

I came into Honda plaza mall and was assisted by Sufi. He was very helpful, supportive and patient. The customer service at this location is up to par and everyone takes their time and pay attention to the details and wants of the customer. I will definitely be returning for all my vehicle needs.

Sales man at Honda parts was super unprofessional. I am sure he works there for a long time, he was one of those guys that have seniority and don't care about nothing. I walked in to parts asked him a one qrt of rear diff flued and front transfer case flued. And 3 crush washers for drain plugs. I specifically told him I just need to add a bit of fuel to the rear differential. I am not doing the flash. I'm not doing replacing oil just 1 qrt all i need. He was talking to his Colleagues taking his time showing total I was standing there in front of him for almost 45 minutes just to get two bottles of oil and three Washer finally he brings four washers and three bottles of oil charge me for full and then when I told him I don't need all of that. He said you will need in the future sometimes so why don't you just keep it I specified what I want. Because he was disturbed by his coworkers, and not listening to what I said, at the beginning, he just brought what he guessed, and charge me for it he hold me there for 45 minutes for only two bottles of oil very unprofessional sales people have attitude I cannot even imagine what's going on on the sales floor when you purchase your vehicle there.
