I was home on leave for Christmas and had car trouble. They were able to fix my car immediately, the day after Christmas, to ensure I made it home on time. They did great work and my car is running perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

My daughter took her car here for a simple oil change. The oil drain bolt was stripped out and they told us it would have to have a new oil pan. There wasn't a problem with the drain plug before but since I wasn't available to handle the transactions this company thought they could get one over on people who didn't know any better. Something they should have been responsible for fixing they charged us over $600 for. $300 of which was for the oil pan that only cost $70-85. When I asked about the 400% markup on the parts, I was told that the price was given to us at cost. I asked to see a reciept where it was purchased and I was denied. A simple online search will show that an 07 Honda 3.0l oil pan doesn't cost anyone $300. Do not let your friends or family use this place for car maintenance or repairs unless you want to be taken to the cleaners.

Took my Jeep in for an oil leak. Turned out to be the oil filter housing. They said it's a simple repair that they do all the time should take 2 hours and they could do it right away. I waited and after 2 hours walked to the window and watched the guy try to start my engine, (which has always started instantly) for 30- 45 seconds 4x in a row. He then walks in and asks if I have had fuel pump issues! I told him it starts easily and that they screwed something up and should start over to figure out where they went wrong. I called for a ride because I was getting angry at them repeatedly trying to start the jeep without redoing their work. Just before I left, they were trying again to start the engine by holding the key in start position for 30- 45 seconds,3x. He the walked around to the front and I suspect sprayed ether in the air box. As soon as he turned the key BOOM!. He said, I think it's flooded, to which I replied ITS FUEL INJECTION! ITS NOT FLOODED!. I said I'm going to eat and they need to figure it out. As soon as I got to the resturant they called and said that the jeep backfired and blew.my air box apart! The next day the owner calls and says they have to replace my entire engine! It has now been 10 days and there seems to be no sense of urgency whatsoever! They say it may be end of next week which would be 17 days! I have used them in the past without issue but this is beyond pathetic. And they are replacing the engine with one from a junk yard! WHICH I SPECIFICALLY SAID WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! Update: Right are now at 3 weeks that my jeep has been in this shop. When I call I get the waiting on parts excuse with no idea when I will get my jeep back! I will continue to update this review until my jeep is returned in as good a condition as it was before these people destroyed the engine! Further update on my review! 25days after bringing my Jeep in for a simple repair and them blowing my engine, I got my jeep back! They still charged me for the original repair even though they destroyed my engine! They refused to give me any info on the engine they replaced it with like milage, where it was sourced from ect! They also refused to give me any details on the warranty! Just if I have problems to bring it back. I leve 3 miles away and before I even got to my house, the traction control module warni g light came on. I used my code reader and found 4 codes; 3 for the vacuum pump, and 1 for ecu not compatible, so now I have to go back to get this addressed also! If you bring your car to these people after reading this review, you get what you deserve. They are liars and crooks. I will update after I get the codes addressed...stay tuned! As expected they claim the numerous error messages are not related to their repair and therefore will not be addressed. It is now my mission to make sure the entire Anderson area knows to not do business withese this HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

Took my work vehicle to them to get the tires replaced. The customer service rep. was to lazy to go threw the process that it takes to get approval for my tires (he said they were not worn enough) Remarkably the tire store up the street was not to LAZY!! They got the sale $$$$.00

Please do not go there. I normally go there for an oil change and a few other stuff and it’s all good. But recently someone is back there and they don’t know what they are doing because more stuff comes up broken then fix.

Took my car to AutoZone to read the engine light code. Went straight to this business with a printed out sheet of the exact part that was faulty and needed replacing. Was told I could not get a quote until Monday as I dropped the car off late Friday afternoon. Spoke with JJ on the phone. He told me all I needed to do was come and drop the car off. Never once mentioned it would be $130 just for my car to be seen. Was called on Monday for them to tell me they needed to replace the entire turbo due to an oil leak. Was quoted $2000. I politely told JJ on the phone that I was going to take my car to be serviced at the ford dealership. Upon picking my keys up, that’s when the $130 bomb was dropped. I asked him why this was never mentioned beforehand as I would not have taken my car here in the first place. He points to a paper taped to the side of the counter that says $130 for diagnostics. I told him 1, this price should have still been included in our three different verbal interactions. It was not. 2, who is going to read a paper taped to the side of a counter that’s not even eye level (you literally have to look at your feet to see it) when all you told me I needed to do was come in and hand you the keys. Then, as I am explaining this to JJ, another man who works there chimed in blurting out very rude comments to me. I was very polite and kept my cool. But when a grown man is ranting at me, a 24 year old female, “I have to pay for this is and that. I even pay someone to sweep my driveway. Do you want to sweep my driveway”. To say the least, I found out that man is the OWNER. SO unprofessional, and overall just flat out rude! No matter the circumstances. Listen, I know they claim there was a paper saying they charge for diagnostics, but I still should’ve been told about the charge prior to handing the keys over. Otherwise I wouldn’t declined giving this business my service. Anyways, I paid. Took it to ford. Turned out they were lying! There was no oil leak whatsoever. Didn’t even need to replace to turbo!! The issue was a small valve, only a $700 fix. Compare that to the $2000 this place was trying to charge me to repair something that wasn’t even wrong with my car! Also- don’t be fooled by the good year logo plastered all over this business. They are not a good year. Found that out the hard way. JJ and Billy are both unprofessional and deceptive. It states online under consumer protection laws that all charges must be provided beforehand when it comes to a mechanic service. Look it up. I handed them a paper with what was wrong with my car. I already knew what part was faulty, they lied about what needed fixed and brought up a fake oil leak, whose to say they even really looked at my car? What did I pay $130 for??? To be tricked, lied to and talked down to by two grown men? Never going here again and I will make it a mission to make everyone aware of this place.
