Poor communication, even though I was up there in person face to face with an employee. I went up there to inquire about getting a system installed in my vehicle. The employee sold me the adapter I needed, got all my information, gave me the quote for installation, and put me down for the following Friday. That Thursday they never called, so I called up there to verify dropping my vehicle off for Friday. They said "They had none of my information or me being on the schedule" and they don't know what happened. They proceeded to ask if I wanted to pick a day for the week ahead. I declined. If you couldn't get it right the first time, why would I trust the second time? No, thank you. I found someone else to do it, and a better price. I would think, as big of a name as Roger Stereo has out there as a place of business, it would've been handled a lot better. Took the time off from work for no reason. People can not just switch up days or ask for days off, because you did not handle business correctly. If you get told you are on their schedule, you better get it in writing, and double check and make sure before you leave. Lost my business.

Please beware. Their installation cause a fire in our truck, which we were without for FOUR months due to Roger’s and their insurance, Hanover. We have never heard from them and they did not reimburse us for what we paid to have the equipment installed, which caused the fire. Be safe and don’t use them. They don’t care about their work being unsafe.

Horrible! I bought a simple reciever and 4 speakers to be installed. When I was setting this up, nobody even walked outside to look at my truck. I drop it off and then went back to pick it up a week later. They put a black dash piece in. My interior is tan. I said that's not gonna work. So Kris said he would order a tan one and then switch it out. Weeks go by and when I finally got in touch with him, he said he couldn't find one. I suggested we use the original and cut out the cubby hole. So he told me to come down on Saturday at 1pm and he would do it. I get there and he isn't even there. So another installer came out to do it. He busted the black dash piece up and bent the metal framing around the stereo getting it out. Then he destroyed my original dash piece trying to cut it. He was sweating profusely and shaking like he was on drugs. Well he said he ordered a new dash piece and it would be in the following Thursday. No call, nothing for a couple more weeks. Finally get Kris to order one and it came in. I went to get it and ended up installing it myself. Although the trim ring won't go on right because the dude busted the metal all up and they broke my side piece installing a microphone wire and never said a word. The absolute worst experience I've ever had dealing with any business. So after 2 1/2 months I have a radio that looks like crap and broken interior parts.

I made an appointment for rodgers stereo, I walked in needing a 15’ sub and an amp and the wiring done. I told them my budget and they gave me the best for my buck. They got all the work done in 3 hours and it sounds amazing. I’m can say that I’m happy with there services

So they sold me a new radio after my wife's radio in her car stopped working. On the date of install I showed up around 1 to get my car and it was not ready. I was told 30 more minutes. After 30 minutes I was told 45 more minutes. And so on until after 8 pm. Brought it in a second time with the same results. Then I was told the radio they sold me was not meant for my car, and The radio was their recommendation when I bought it. Started talking with the owner and we agreed that I should pay MORE money to upgrade it to one that works. She told me at the end of November she would get back to me by the end of the day was more details. It is now March 14th and I have not heard from here despite leaving several messages. The tech is a good guy but the company and ownership are just so bad. Pay more to get a radio from the dealership. Don't go here!!!

Must not want the business, called to schedule install and said let me call you back with a price. I told them I don’t care what the price is when can you get it done. They still refused to schedule me in. Piss poor communication, wouldn’t recommend using them
