Walmart Auto Care Centers

I had a blow out late at night, to which I put on a spare tire, which was flat by morning . I had to fix-a-flat that wouldn't stay fixed and rush to Walmart with no appointment set up. Once I arrived and explained my situation, I was immediately helped and within 25 minutes was back in my car and driving.

Arrived for an oil change at 8am. 2 car in the oil change bay just finishing up. 1 gentleman waiting in the tire lane. After the Walmart employees finish with the oil changes one goes to check-in the gentleman waiting on tires, fine. I have now been waiting for 30 minutes with out anyone speaking to me and finally the other Walmart employee walks up to me and says, "do you have an appointment". I was not aware Walmart scheduled appointments for oil changes. He then proceeded to inform me the next available appointment is at 10:30am. It is 8:30 and no else is in line for an oil change. I leave. I go get my oil changed and am heading home going past Walmart and can see there are no cars in the oil change bay nor are there any cars waiting in the line to enter the bay. I don't think I like the way Walmart does business. They would rather loose a customer, and their money, than provide anything that resembles customer service.

Worse worse experience ever!! Been brining my car my here for the past 3 years for an oil change. Made an appointment dropped my car off, 30 mins i received a page to come to automobile for "vehicle concerns". Got to the back this idiot response was "oh well we can't do it if we change your oil your car will leave here on a wrecker there's a strip bolt" . So, my response was ive been bringing here for the past 3 years. Oh yeah, I did look in the system and saw that. Oh it had to be a floater. What an idiot and jerk. So, you're telling me you saw in the system where my car was last serviced here and you acknowledged the fact. Liability what an idiot.

Went to this Walmart automotive center to get an oil change and my tires checked. When they got done they show me my receipt that there was only 10 psi in one of my tires I asked if they had fixed the tire and they had told me yes. When I had got home the next morning trying to go to work I found my tire flat again. When I call the Walmart automotive center and explain my situation they told me that they were not liable for the tire even though on my receipt it clearly showed that there was something wrong with it.

This was absolutely the worst tire place I have been too! Ordered 700.00 worth of tires and they ( all mechanics) said they didn't know how to do a dully. 16" regular steel wheels. Had chrome wheel simulators like any another vehicle and they said i needed to remove them myself. This happened on 12/05/2020 at 10:00 am . Store is on Clemson blv.I talked to the assistant manager who was on duty and she said she called the other store and talked to them and they said that 16" tire was the same as the front ones. This is unacceptable to have employees who have no clue what they are doing.

I bought tires from Walmart and took them here to be mounted. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t mount them because we went with a taller tire and not the Original size from the truck. I would like to note the tires we have in the trk currently are the different size. So I bought tires from Walmart and took them to be mounted by Walmart. Now I can’t get them put on and I can’t get my road hazard because I had to take them somewhere else

Walmart shipping center shipped our very large tractor tire to the store's auto center. But after a quick look, they found it and even took two guys out to help us load it! Thank you Jeremy.
