The vehicle was worse after we brought it in than before. Things that worked were broken in the process and things literally fell off the car (wheel well housing) on the road after their “repairs”. What they replaced (light housings) was greatly overpriced.

They fit us in even though they were booked solid. The mechanic who actually worked on the car explained everything so we knew all our options. Clear price quote up front. Genuinely seemed to care about our car.

I just purchased my fourth car from Ralph Hayes Toyota. They have always provided top-notch service, and made the car buying process easy and memorable. I always feel at home when I am at Ralph Hayes Toyota. This time around, I was picking up our Camry from getting an oil change and just happened to stop and look at the new Tundras. Within a short period of time, the price was right, and I was driving my brand new Tundra home. My salesman Jason Mulliken made the purchase quick and painless.

Absolutely ruined my engine and it’ll cost thousands to fix. I went in initially for an oil change. I beg of you, DO NOT take your car there. I spent hard earned money to buy a car and I trusted their knowledge and work only to be dupped. Extremely sad how I was treated. Trust me, they’ll mess it up and say it’s not covered under warranty. Completely unprofessional.

My wife and I bought a new Highlander Hybrid. Our salesman Ray Stratford was excellent. Our model was particularly difficult to get because of high demand, and we needed one quickly so we could give our current car to our grandson for graduation. Ray worked hard to find a way to get us a car and kept us informed. We also felt we were treated fairly and courteously throughout. This is the second car we bought from Ralph Hayes, and we will be long time customers.
