He wasn’t there when my car was done, but a very nice woman walked me out to car to make sure I had a sticker on my window for my next oil change. I think you should tell your customers to check their email for an email from you. That’s where I found all the info I need regarding what you found out about my car.Thank you for great service!

Kyle is the best. I came in to get an oil changed and I was informed that there are wires showing on my front tires. I am leaving in the morning for Charlotte. We have been Firestone customers for a couple decades in four different cities in as many states. We like that all our cars' records are in one place and normally - with a couple exceptions - experience good service at competitive prices. On my most-recent visit to the Anderson SC location, Scott and the rest of the team were helpful in 1) getting my vehicle into the service queue earlier than planned, since I arrived early due to cancellation of an earlier appointment on my calendar, 2) crediting my invoice for a discount I'd expected to receive on an earlier visit for purchase of a lifetime alignment on another of my vehicles, 3) notifying the service tech of a specific request for my vehicle (not to rotate the tires, which I'd recently done), and 4) informing me of a rebate available from Pennzoil for the oil change my vehicle received. It was a good experience, and demonstrative of why we plan to continue asking Firestone to service our vehicles.

We took our car to a mechanic because the ac fan was making a noise. They noticed there was no cabin filter. We called asap spoke w gentleman set appt for today. He was even trying to say how are they responsible and if we took it anywhere else etc etc. take it today lady proceeds to tell me I’m early won’t be in til 2pm and be an hour and a half. I said why am I waiting I should be ahead of anyone there, I’m bringing a car back that wasn’t serviced correctly the first time. She told me she was done w me and said someone was having a bad day when I walked out. I didn’t turn around and address her. But will be speaking w her mgr tomorrow who is off on Wed. Piss poor customer service and an employee who doesn’t know how to treat a customer. In the end me nor my partner will ever return for any service or how I was addressed today. If ppl stuck to accountability and old fashioned values I won’t not have to come back a second time and wait. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s.
