Great service, I mistakenly made my oil change appointment at the wrong location and they honored my appointment and got me out quickly. definitely recommend this location for all your car service needs.

Booked an appointment for oil change and alignment check. After 1hr & 20 minutes I asked service agent to check on status. He said it would be a few minutes. He lied. They hadn’t started the work. I watched as lazy, sloppy techs took 40 minutes to complete the oil change. No alignment check performed. Tire pressure was listed as fine when dashboard indicated it was low. I doubt the check was performed. After 2 hours, the service agent wanted to complete other paperwork before checking me out until I complained. Checked me out without a word. No apology or acknowledgment. Price reasonable and coupon applied. But not worth it. I do not feel the change was completed correctly. Dropped screws. Tech kept looking quizzically at screws and undercarriage. Once oil was added - and I mean poured in from a large generic container with no measurement markings, the tech immediately put measuring stick in without waiting. Have to have my mechanic review for safety, so money wasted. I had used their service before without actually watching. I will never use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about Pep Boys in Marlton. Matthew was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. My car stalled while I was driving home from work and I was stranded without AAA. Matthew told me that I could get a tow through Pep Boys, which I didn't even know was possible. My car was towed to their location after hours and I had it back the next day. I was very happy with the service and likely will not be taking my car anywhere other than here.

Called for an appointment for an oil change they gave me one for 8:30 am Saturday with an estimated half hour to 45 minutes stating there was someone ahead of me. I got there at 8:30 no one was there for a good half hour. My car did not get on the lift until approximately 9:10. I was in the waiting room the whole time. 10:25 they call asking if I am there I stated I’m in the waiting room. Which is 10 feet away they never checked. They asked I come up front stating my oil pan is “rusted out” and my serpentine belt is tearing. I asked how much he says 880.00. I said I don’t understand I was here approximately 8 months ago with none of these issues and the guy says do you go the shore a lot? No I don’t I hardly go anywhere. I said I can’t afford it he says ok I’ll tell them to take the car off the lift. A half hour goes by it’s now 11 am the car is still on the lift! No one has worked on the car so we are now 2 1/2 hours into my appointment. Go to the front 3 people standing around and now I’m irate and tell them to get my car down now I have been here over 2 1/2 hours. The assistant manager Jessie says “and”. I couldn’t believe that’s how they talk to their customer. Finally after almost 3 hours I pay my bill and they pumped my tires with air (3) were up to 49 and (1) was at 27!!!!! My tires are supposed to be are to be around 36. I went back in there again and was told after you start driving it will reset itself. Haha are you serious!!!!!! He says pull to the bay will fix it if you would like. They guy adjusting the air amount days I did put the air in them when they were on the lift. This is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and no respect! It’s disgusting how I was treated!

Given. incorrect info in order to be persuaded to buy new tires. The person at the register told me he could not clarify the info and the person who could had left for the day. In the process of dealing with this, happy to update if Pep Boys is able to resolve the situation appropriately or they are willing to let their employees lie to customers to make a sale. Update following their response below: Pep boys - you have responded on your public facing channels to make it seem as if you’re on top of this, yet you’ve not reached out to me directly despite having my phone number sent to you via numerous channels. To add insult to injury, I paid a great deal of money to have my tires replaced based on incorrect info and the problem is still not even resolved. Person at front desk when I went to pick up my car on Saturday afternoon told me exactly “I have no knowledge of your car and no one can tell you anything until Monday”. So much for your motto of "We go further to help you go farther” I guess?
