Ordered splash guards for a pilot and got parts that were not formed correctly. Sent photos of the parts I received and of the correct parts from another supplier. The photos showed an obvious difference but they refused to acknowledge what they sent was wrong. If I were you I would avoid ordering anything from this company. They will never admit they made a mistake so you have to pay the freight both ways if you want to return the incorrect parts. When you send them photos proving they don't fit properly they say you didn't install them correctly. It's four screws in pre drilled holes, not rocket science. I'm pretty sure there are no installation methods that will magically change the form of the part. Look at the photo, does anyone believe Honda would design a part to fit with this big gap? I strongly recommend you avoid this company completely.

I did not have a good experience with the outfit and in my opinion, they should be avoided. During the ordering process, they charged my card four times but claimed they were all rejected, yet four charges showed up on my account. I called my bank, who said each charge was, in fact, approved and there was no reason the company should have said they were rejected. No one would return my calls so I tried to communicate through email, where the representative simply repeated that I would need to deal with the bank and not them. If a company can’t or won’t even discuss the situation with customers, they are not to be trusted. It was a frustrating and stressful position to be put in. UPDATE BASED ON COMPANY RESPONSE: 1. Most important point: Talk to customers. This likely could have been resolved amicably, but staff will need to answer the phone or return calls. At the very least, try to communicate effectively via email. Based on reviews, this is an ongoing issue. 2. Based on my experience and other reviews, it appears the ordering system has a glitch related to the address fields including the autofill feature. I would suggest that the company accept and fix this instead of continuing to blame customers and their financial institutions. 3. The company’s ordering system did not indicate an address error nor any specific error, only that it could not process the order and to try again later. Yet each attempt was processed, approved, and posted to my bank account, as confirmed by my bank. 4. My address is my address and has been for years, whether physical, shipping, bank, card, or otherwise. It’s all the same. I have no other address to provide. I’ve had no other problems with my card/address.
