I've always hated car shopping until now. I never thought that purchasing a new vehicle could be this amazing. When I tell you from start to finish the process was seamless and ENJOYABLE, I couldn't ask for anything better. Even before I walked into the dealer I was speaking with Geoff via text and he wasn't just great but absolutely PHENOMENAL! Then meeting him and having him assist me with my first ever brand new 2025 SUV was the BEST experience I've ever had car shopping. Not only was he super nice, but very knowledgeable, patient and understanding especially with my million of questions. Then when it was time to finance (the worst part of getting a car) let me tell you how amazing Mike from finance was. He was the most genuine, knowledgeable, and down to earth person ever! He made financing my vehicle seamless and as enjoyable as can be. Then when it came to pulling my new vehicle off the lot there was a HUGE RED BOW on my SUV!!! Needless to say my experience from start to finish was absolutely PERFECT. Thank you Geoff, Mike and Management for assisting me with bringing home my first ever brand new 2025 SUV.

Everyone is really friendly and kind here. Definitely nothing wrong with the staff. The problem is the wait. 2.5 hours for an oil change. This is not the first time that it has taken an extensive amount of time. That will be my last time taking my car to get serviced.

I was really happy with the car I purchased from Burns Honda. The salesman was a very nice guy. When we drove off the lot two months ago, I did not drive the car. I found out on the ride home that my son discovered two cracks in the windshield. Luckily we took a picture When it was on the lot and the cracks were there. We just never noticed them. Service repaired them at no charge. I was grateful. Now a couple months later my son gets a flat he takes out the spare, a doughnut to find out it’s defective and has a hole in it. So needless to say what this cost me, my son broke down on the side of the road no spare tire. When I called Burns, they want to charge me $104 for something that they should have provided me when I purchased the car. No discount on it they actually told me maybe call a junkyard. Hey thanks for the solution on your defective car. I doubt I’m coming back. If I do, I will go over your car with a magnifying glass.

Robb Regan is an outstanding service advisor. He treats us like family & always greets us warmly. He is honest and will recommend what is necessary to keep us safe on the road. He is very accommodating as well and works with our busy schedules to fit our family’s three cars in for service even with short notice. I know I can trust Robb and I am looking forward to seeing him for the many years to come.
