Caliber Collision Introduce

Caliber Collision, situated at 120 NJ-73, Marlton, NJ 08053, USA, is a prominent "Auto Repair Station" dedicated primarily to collision repair and auto body work. As part of a national network, this Marlton location aims to provide comprehensive solutions for vehicles that have sustained damage, working to restore them to pre-accident condition. Their mission, as stated on their official platforms, is often centered around "Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®," implying a focus on efficiency and customer peace of mind after an unsettling incident like a car accident.

The environment at Caliber Collision locations generally adheres to a professional and structured standard. The Marlton facility is typically designed to accommodate damaged vehicles, with dedicated bays for assessment, repair, and painting. Expect a clean and organized reception area where customers can discuss their vehicle's needs with service advisors. The facility itself is equipped with the necessary tools and technology for modern collision repair, which often includes advanced diagnostic equipment for complex vehicle systems. While the focus is on the repair process, efforts are usually made to ensure a comfortable waiting area for customers, often featuring amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and perhaps a coffee station. The exterior of the building, being a professional auto body shop, is typically well-maintained and clearly marked, reflecting the brand's national presence.

Caliber Collision specializes in a range of services centered around post-collision vehicle restoration. As an "Auto Repair Station" with a specific emphasis on collision, their primary offerings include:

  • Collision Repair: This is their core service, encompassing the full spectrum of repairs needed after an accident. This includes structural repair, panel replacement, frame straightening, and dent removal. They aim to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident factory specifications.
  • Auto Body Repair: Beyond collision-specific damage, they handle various auto body issues such as dents, scratches, and other exterior imperfections.
  • Painting and Refinishing: After structural repairs, vehicles undergo expert painting and refinishing to match the original factory color and finish, ensuring a seamless repair.
  • Auto Glass Repair and Replacement: Caliber Collision also offers services for repairing or replacing damaged windshields, side windows, and rear windows, often with AGSC (Auto Glass Safety Council) certified technicians.
  • Paintless Dent Repair (PDR): For minor dents and dings where the paint surface is not compromised, PDR is an efficient method of repair that preserves the original factory finish.
  • Mechanical Repairs Related to Collision: Often, accidents affect mechanical components. Caliber Collision is equipped to address these related mechanical issues, such as suspension, steering, and even minor engine components impacted by the collision.
  • Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) Calibration: Modern vehicles are equipped with complex ADAS features like lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking. After collision repairs, these systems often require recalibration to ensure they function correctly and safely. Caliber Collision locations typically offer these calibration services, often powered by their Protech system.
  • Fleet Services: For businesses with vehicle fleets, they often provide specialized repair and maintenance programs.
  • Assistance with Insurance Claims: Caliber Collision frequently partners with major insurance carriers, streamlining the claims process for customers and often being a pre-approved repair facility for many insurers. This can help expedite the repair process.

The features that distinguish Caliber Collision often include its national brand reputation, emphasis on I-CAR and ASE certified technicians, and a commitment to quality. They typically offer a written limited lifetime warranty on their repairs, valid at any Caliber location, which provides customers with long-term assurance. Their customer service model often includes transparent communication, with updates provided via phone, email, or text throughout the repair process. The ability to get a free initial estimate, either online or in person, is another convenient feature. Furthermore, many locations, including potentially the Marlton branch, may offer partnerships with rental car companies like Enterprise for easy access to temporary transportation during repairs.

However, customer experiences with large chain repair shops like Caliber Collision can vary, as evidenced by the provided customer reviews. A positive review highlights excellent customer service, with a specific mention of a free-of-charge fix by Ben, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and potentially quick, minor repairs. This review suggests that for some, Caliber Collision delivers on its promise of helpfulness and efficient service.

On the other hand, the detailed negative review from a customer at the 120 NJ-73 Marlton, NJ 08053 location points to significant concerns regarding post-repair quality control and communication. This customer reported multiple issues after receiving their car on August 10, 2024, including:

  • Mismatched Rear Lights and Functionality Issues: The right rear light not matching the left (red vs. yellow) and, critically, the brake light not working, leading to police warnings and safety concerns. This indicates a potential oversight in electrical and component installation and testing.
  • Non-Functional Dashcam System: The car’s dashcam system was reportedly not working, suggesting issues with electrical connections or system integration after the repair.
  • Faulty Charging Port: The replacement charging port was described as not working normally, being loose, and requiring constant manual holding to charge, severely impacting vehicle usability.
  • Careless Carpet Reinstallation: The carpet in the rear of the car was reinstalled poorly, exposing wires and being loose and bulging, indicating a lack of attention to detail in reassembly.
  • Scratched and Peeling Front Bumper: The newly installed front bumper was reported as being scratched with peeling paint, raising concerns about paint quality and handling during the repair process.
  • Lack of Follow-Up on Promised Reset: The customer noted a delay of almost a month without notification regarding the promised reset of the rear lights, highlighting a communication breakdown and slow resolution of issues.

This negative feedback underscores the importance of thorough post-repair inspection by both the shop and the customer, and the need for robust quality control processes within a large organization. It also highlights the critical role of timely communication and proactive problem resolution in customer satisfaction.

Regarding promotional information, while specific, time-sensitive deals for the Marlton location are not always publicly advertised, Caliber Collision as a brand does offer various promotions across its network. These can include:

  • Online Estimates: Convenience of obtaining a free initial estimate through their website.
  • Lifetime Warranty: The aforementioned limited lifetime warranty on repairs is a significant ongoing value proposition.
  • Partnerships and Direct Repair Programs: Their collaborations with insurance companies can indirectly act as a promotion by simplifying the repair process and potentially reducing out-of-pocket expenses for insured individuals.
  • Seasonal Offers: While not specific to Marlton currently, Caliber Collision sometimes offers seasonal discounts on services, or promotions related to specific parts or types of repairs (e.g., tire alignment specials, brake service discounts if they have an associated auto care center).
  • Membership Discounts: As seen with AAA, some Caliber locations offer discounts for members of automotive clubs (e.g., 10% labor discount for AAA members, with a maximum discount). It is advisable to inquire directly with the Marlton location about any such affiliations or current discounts.

To inquire about current promotions, services, or to address concerns, customers can contact Caliber Collision at 120 NJ-73, Marlton, NJ 08053 via phone at (856) 267-5400 or mobile at +1 856-267-5400. 120 NJ-73, Marlton, NJ 08053, Hoa Kỳ Caliber collision address above. I received the car on August 10, 2024 Currently, after the repair is completed, the party responsible for repairing my car is Caliber Collision, they did not thoroughly inspect my car. I found countless errors from them which I will list below . - The right side of my car's rear light does not match the left side, the right side is red, the left side is yellow, and especially when I brake the car, the rear light does not work and does not light up. Causing the police to warn me many times, I was afraid that other road users might hit my car. - My car dashcam system was not working I will post pictures below - Since caliber collision replaced my charging port, my charging system no longer works normally, it cannot charge, and the plug is loose, I have to stand outside holding the charger for 30 to 40 minutes to charge. - The carpet in the back of my car was carelessly reinstalled, causing the carpet and wires inside to be completely exposed to the outside and the carpet was loose and bulging. There is video proof below. - My front bumper was installed and it was scratched and peeling off the paint. I sent a picture to describe it ***Especially now they said they would reset the rear lights. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't seen a notification about whether the lights have returned. I felt very bad when I had to wait nearly a month to get my car repaired, and my car was not perfect. error. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED. I hope you can contact me to help me find a solution.

I brought my car to caliber collision to get repaired after being in an accident and I had a terrific experience. The service advisor, Angelo, was extremely helpful and got my car repaired smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend anyone who needs their vehicle fixed to come here!

The Tesla maintenance guy Angelo is very informative and keep me up to date. However, the repaired bumper still got some scratches on and additional “dual motor” logo which my car is not AWD, which I’m not complaining about. My car Diptyque diffuser is missing after the repair.
