Everything was perfect until I got home and was looking at my charges. It looks like I was charged for an oil pan plug, but was not informed. It's only $6, but if that is a ploy and every customer is hit with a random $6, it would give a great boost to add-on sales. The reason I mention this is because the team was so excellent with communication to each other while in the bay and to myself about the service and what was happening, that I think it's odd they didn't tell me they were charging me for a plug? So minus 1 star. However, still 4 stars because it may have been a mistake, and for it being my first time there - I thought it was fantastic compared to having to wait and have not-as-good service at Firestone. Thanks so much! I'll definitely be back for a second try.

Crappy experience at this location. Car came in for an oil change and left with a terrible oil leak. The guy that worked on the car was completely clueless, and the initial oil change took a full hour. Now let me be clear, this was an Audi, an unusual car - and it's fine if you guys can't do the job, just say so! I would have gone elsewhere. But they didn't, they took the job. But after it was changed, I took the car to work, and it had lost two quarts of oil in 30 miles by the time I arrived - potentially catastrophic. I went to a jiffy lube near work, who told me the oil filter had been fitted wrong and it was just spewing oil from the filter. I called the original location and went back and forth with the manager there, who said I needed to tow the car in, kept promising to call back and just never did. I had to chase him around for literally days, until he put me through to the regional manager, who laughed it off and told me to drive the car in and they'd take care of it. Alright, I did. The guy who worked on the car the past week wasn't there, but the rest of the crew was. They told me he was some kind of temp or fill in... Great. They were crazy defensive and just pointed fingers at me and the car. Indeed, it had come in with a minor valve cover gasket leak up top, which they tried to shove in my face, but that wasn't the major problem gushing oil below the engine. They claimed they couldn't find the receipt from the work last week. I spent two more hours there, while they kept me last in line, servicing every new car coming into the place before me. They finally claimed that the oil filter was installed correctly (it definitely was not), and tried to send me away without fully finishing re-assembling the car. When I mentioned that the skid plate was totally missing, they quickly zip-tied it together, ignoring the original screws that they'd removed. Fine, whatever. I left, found a proper mechanic to repair the damage. On my ten minute drive over there, the poorly zip tied skid plate fell off and became destroyed due to it dragging under the car and on the street. Super dangerous. This was a two week long, terrible, embarrassing experience. I just can't believe how bad it was, from top to bottom. I'm not sure how they handle other cars, but if you drive a German vehicle, STAY AWAY.
