Ron, the owner filled my tires at 7am sharp. It was freezing outside and all my tires were low. He was so kind and treated me like a friend. Him and his wife are the reason I'll go there for ALL my vehicle needs! Ford for life!

1/14/2025 I apologize for the other 2 reviews, they have been removed. However, I need to clarify a few points you brought up in your reply: 1) When I spoke with Lucky on January 2nd, I didn’t demand anything, nor did I want anything for free. I asked questions regarding the new diagnosis and the additional charges because after obtaining a second opinion, I was informed that an oil pan leak is often misdiagnosed, and that the timing cover might have been the original source of the leak. I shared this information with Lucky and his response was that he hadn’t removed the timing cover during the work he did in October. To be clear, I returned two months after the original repair because the original leak had not stopped. 2) At no point did I say the car was “pouring out oil.” When I visited the shop on December 23rd, I described seeing oil stains on the floor of my garage, and Lucky gave me his cell number and suggested I take pictures so he could see the leaks. After providing those pictures, he asked me to schedule an appointment for early January. 3) During our conversation on January 6th, you mentioned that you didn’t believe Lucky raised his voice at me. While I understand you may have a different perspective, I was present on the call, and I felt his tone was inappropriate. You said yourself that it is something that you are continuously working on with Lucky. I was informed by another employee that Lucky had problems with two other customers that day (Jan 2nd) and that he is a great mechanic, but has “an attitude problem”. 4) Regarding the credit card charge, I was not informed of it in advance, and your wife even apologized for this oversight. I suggest putting a more visible sign in the shop, as the current setup at the counter is quite busy. 5) Lastly, I want to address your threat regarding the review (which was prior to your latest revision). A review is simply a reflection of a customer's personal experience—both positive and negative. I hope that others can consider this feedback, along with the other reviews, to make an informed decision about where to take their cars for repairs. Thank you for your time. 1/12/25 I took my car in October 2024 for an oil pan leak. The bill was around $870, but when I got home I saw the bank charge had gone through for $906. I went back the next day to ask about it and was told the surcharge from the credit card company is passed onto customers. I said “So if I had paid with cash or a check I wouldn’t have been charged the extra $30?” She said that was correct and I said that would have been nice to know. Then my car started leaking oil again and Lucky told me to make an appointment on line, which I did, but I also took it to another garage to get a second opinion. Long story short, Lucky wanted to charge me another $900 to fix an oil leak that he hadn’t discovered before: “I didn’t take the timing cover off last time”. He got more and more agitated and began yelling at me during the phone call saying I didn’t have to believe him, I didn’t have to have it fixed there, but he is the mechanic genius…I had enough and told him to take my car down and leave the keys in it so I could go get it. When I got there he was gone with my car still on the lift, hood open. A few days later I met with the owner who acknowledged he needs to work with Lucky on his customer relationship skills. I still have an oil leak and no more money to pay for something that that should have been diagnosed and fixed 3 months ago.

I had an appt this morning for 2 different cars to get an oil change. I got here with the first one and the employee (not the brightest) insisted there was never an appt on the board. I explained that I made it in person, with the owner, and he wrote it on the dry erase board. The employee shushed me and kept babbling on about if I made the appt on the computer, which I tried twice reminding him I made it in person. He kept with his nonsensical yapping so I left. I took a picture when the appt was made to have a reminder. I’ll still get gas, rent Uhauls but I can’t make appointments that disappear, only to be condescended by an employee.

This place is amazing it's clean they are spotless. They treat people with dignity and respect , and they have amazing gas prices too. If you ever have to rent a U-Haul this is the place to go. Outstanding customer service I will go out of my way to go here.

Family friendly spot. Clean clean clean... Great people and they have a good mechanic now with all the software and tools to do most anything. Closest propane fill on this side of town. There crew currently with machanic Wayne and Wayne jr. I know them to be the best workers in the garage ive seen there yet. No fluff and there nore capable to do lifts and other specialty work. They worked on a vehicle today for my Nona and my family are so greatful for how thourough they helped to bring my car back to where it needed be. A++ Thank you very much guys 🤠
